背景技术
在五金工具中，活动扳手因其固定扳头和活动扳头间距可调，可以对不同尺寸螺母进行工作，因此活动扳手具有较高的便利性和实用性，被广泛应用。但是传统的活动扳手在工作时，通常是将固定扳头作为受力点、活动扳头作为支撑点，螺母只有两个边角受力在装卸螺母时容易造成滑脱，甚至损坏螺母。此外，传统活动扳手在转动螺母时，在扳转一定角度后，扳手与螺母分离回到初始位置重新进行扳转动作，造成使用者在工作中的不便和耗时。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种可连续转动、手柄长度可调、与螺母接触紧密不易脱滑的内开口快速扳手。所述的技术方案如下：
一种内开口快速扳手包括转动扳柄、固定扳柄、蜗杆、活动拧头：所述转动扳柄与所述固定扳柄铰接，形成可折叠式转动扳柄；所述转动扳柄握柄部位为圆柱形状，与所述固定扳柄铰接部位为方形。所述固定扳柄上设有转动扳柄槽、蜗轮槽、蜗杆方孔、固定拧头孔；所述蜗杆固定在所述固定扳柄上蜗杆安装方孔中，所述蜗杆可在所述蜗杆安装方孔中转动；所述活动拧头安装在所述固定拧头孔中并在其后端设置有蜗轮，可与蜗杆实现螺旋传动。
本实用新型采用了内开口形式活动扳手，较传统扳手相比具有以下优点：
1、活动拧头与固定拧头能同时从四个方位对称夹紧螺母，摩擦力大、受力均匀，可避免造成脱滑损伤螺母；
2、可折叠式转动扳柄位于竖直位置时可作为通过其连续转动固定扳柄，避免扳手在工作时反复分离复位，提高了工作效率；
3、可折叠式转动扳柄在向内折叠可做普通扳手使用，向外展开转动扳柄可做加力杆，为使用者提供了便利。

本实用新型所提供的一种内开口快速扳手，包括转动扳柄1、固定扳柄2、蜗杆3、活动拧头4：转动扳柄1与固定扳柄2铰接，形成可折叠式转动扳柄；转动扳柄1握柄部位为圆柱形状，与固定扳柄2铰接部位为方形。固定扳柄2上设有转动扳柄槽24、蜗轮槽23、蜗杆方孔22、固定拧头孔21；蜗杆3固定在蜗杆方孔22中，蜗杆3可在所述蜗杆方孔22中转动。活动拧头4上设有活动拧头V块41、蜗轮42；活动拧头4安装在固定拧头孔21中，蜗轮42与蜗杆3实现螺旋传动。因此，转动蜗杆3，可调节活动拧头V块41至最前端距离，以适应不同尺寸螺母。
综上对本实用新型一种内开口快速扳手的结构及工作原理描述可见：内开口扳手可对称夹紧螺母，作用力大且均匀，不易造成螺母脱滑；转动扳柄可使固定扳柄连续转动，提高了扳手工作效率，避免扳手与螺母反复分离回位；亦可做为加力杆，为工作提供便利。

1.一种内开口快速扳手，其特征是包括转动扳柄(1)、固定扳柄(2)、蜗杆(3)、活动拧头(4)：转动扳柄(1)与固定扳柄(2)铰接，形成可折叠式转动扳柄；转动扳柄(1)握柄部位为圆柱形状，与固定扳柄(2)铰接部位为方形；固定扳柄(2)上设有转动扳柄槽(24)、蜗轮槽(23)、蜗杆方孔(22)、固定拧头孔(21)；蜗杆(3)固定在蜗杆方孔(22)中，蜗杆(3)可在所述蜗杆方孔(22)中转动；活动拧头(4)上设有活动拧头V块(41)、蜗轮(42)；活动拧头(4)安装在固定拧头孔(21)中，蜗轮(42)与蜗杆(3)实现螺旋传动，转动蜗杆(3)，可调节活动拧头V块(41)至最前端距离，以适应不同尺寸螺母。
