本实用新型公开了一种带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,包括由支撑立柱和弧形拱顶构成的大棚本体,弧形拱顶上覆盖有塑料布和遮阳网,大棚本体朝阳一侧的弧形拱顶上方设置有支撑架体,与控制装置电连接的太阳能光伏板呈40°~60°倾斜固定安装在支撑架体上。本实用新型的优点在于将太阳能光伏发电与夏栽地埋香菇大棚联建,可同时获得发电和香菇生产两部分经济效益,太阳能光伏板利用香菇大棚的棚顶面积安装,节约了占地空间,而棚顶安装的太阳能光伏板能吸收太阳光,阻挡了太阳光对香菇大棚的直射,起到了有效的遮荫效果,棚内温度与常规的香菇种植大棚相比降低了3℃,湿度增加了10%,使棚内环境更适合香菇生长的条件。

带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚
技术领域
本实用新型涉及香菇生产用大棚,尤其是涉及一种带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚。
背景技术
香菇是一种营养丰富的菌类菜品,是我国的特产之一。香菇品种多样,仅河南省种植的夏栽香菇品种就有L808、香931、武香1号、南山1号、灵仙1号等,生产上以L808和南山1号为主。该种香菇的出菇温度为15~28℃,湿度60~80%,光照强度≤500Lux,二氧化碳浓度≤500ppm,而出菇的时间、优质菇率的高低主要是由温度决定的,所以夏季香菇的生产以降温为主,只有保持适宜的温度才能保证正常出菇。目前夏栽地埋种植香菇所用的简易大棚多采用水泥柱或钢柱作为支撑骨架,用竹竿捆扎成拱形棚顶,其上覆盖一层塑料布和遮阳网(或者草苫)。与室外环境温度相比,此种大棚虽能降低一定的温度,但与香菇的最适宜温度相比仍显过高,使出菇时间推迟,生产周期延长,造成品质等级下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有大棚存在的缺陷,提供一种带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,包括由支撑立柱和弧形拱顶构成的大棚本体,所述弧形拱顶上覆盖有塑料布和遮阳网,所述大棚本体朝阳一侧的弧形拱顶上方设置有支撑架体,与控制装置电连接的太阳能光伏板呈40°~60°倾斜固定安装在所述支撑架体上。
所述支撑架体的支腿向下延伸至所述大棚本体的支撑立柱外侧。
相邻两所述大棚本体的间距为2.5~3.5米,在前一大棚本体的支撑架体顶部与后一大棚本体的支撑架体底部之间倾斜设置有反光膜。
所述反光膜的倾斜角度为40°~60°。
本实用新型的优点在于将太阳能光伏发电与夏栽地埋香菇大棚联建,可同时获得发电和香菇生产两部分经济效益,太阳能光伏板利用香菇大棚的棚顶面积安装,节约了占地空间,而棚顶安装的太阳能光伏板能吸收太阳光,阻挡了太阳光对香菇大棚的直射,起到了有效的遮荫效果,棚内温度与常规的香菇种植大棚相比降低了3℃,湿度增加了10%,使棚内环境更适合香菇生长的条件。同时太阳能发电上网销售,两者互补互惠,实现了土地的综合高效增值利用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,包括由支撑立柱1和弧形拱顶2构成的大棚本体,弧形拱顶2上覆盖有塑料布和遮阳网,大棚本体朝阳一侧的弧形拱顶2上方设置有支撑架体3,与控制装置电连接的太阳能光伏板4呈40°~60°(最佳倾斜角度为45°)倾斜固定安装在支撑架体3上;为保证太阳能光伏板4安装牢固,支撑架体的支腿5向下延伸至大棚本体的支撑立柱1外侧;相邻两大棚本体的间距为2.5~3.5米(最佳距离为3米),在前一大棚本体的支撑架体顶部与后一大棚本体的支撑架体底部之间倾斜40°~60°(最佳倾斜角度为45°)设置有反光膜6。
在河南兰考县红庙镇管场村香菇基底,以搭建240m2的大棚为例,放置在弧形拱顶2上方支撑架体3上的太阳能光伏板4的有效面积可达180m2,实际总占地面积为300m2。大棚本体两侧的支撑立柱高2米,中间的支撑立柱高4.33米,棚宽4.2米,两个大棚本体之间的间距为3米。弧形拱顶2上方的支撑架体3最高处距弧形拱顶2.33米,支撑架体的支腿5距支撑立柱0.65米。
在2015年7月,分别于14日、25日两日上午11时,对普通夏栽地埋香菇大棚(Ⅰ型大棚)和本实用新型的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚(Ⅱ型大棚)的棚内环境从温度、湿度、光照和二氧化碳浓度四个参数进行对比,其结果如下表1、表2:

通过上述数据可知,本实用新型的Ⅱ型大棚具有明显降低环境温度的作用,在外界环境温度达到48℃时,本实用新型的Ⅱ型大棚较自然温度降低9~14℃,较Ⅰ型大棚降低3℃;湿度较自然环境提高20~30%,较Ⅰ型大棚提高10%;光照强度较Ⅰ型大棚减少415Lux。更趋近于香菇种植最适宜的条件(温度15~28℃,湿度60~80%,光照强度≤500Lux,二氧化碳浓度≤500ppm)。
Ⅰ型大棚和Ⅱ型大棚同时种植L808香菇品种,通过观测记载、统计分析香菇的出菇时间、产量、品质、销售价格等因素,结果表明:Ⅱ型大棚更利于香菇子实体的形成,7月25日外界环境温度为36℃,Ⅱ型大棚内的最高温度仅为25℃,已经适宜香菇出菇,而Ⅰ型大棚此时的温度为28℃,介于香菇出菇的最高温度临界值,因此,Ⅱ型大棚的出菇时间较Ⅰ型大棚提早20天,盛菇期较Ⅰ型大棚提前15天左右。由于提早上市,使香菇的批发价高于后期上市价格2元/kg;由于温度每降低1℃,能使子实体菌盖厚度增加1mm,菌柄直径增加0.2mm,且不易开伞,香菇品质可提高一个等级,能为种植户带来可观的经济效益,每年每亩地的香菇收益可达3万元左右。两种大棚对香菇的影响见下表3:
同时,有效面积达180m2的太阳能光伏板4的年均发电量可达29200度,若按照上网标杆电价1元计算,扣除维修成本每年可收益2.66万元,每亩地的发电效益在5万元。按照投资(包括与其配套的控制装置)25万元计算,9.77年可收回全部投资。

1.一种带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,包括由支撑立柱(1)和弧形拱顶(2)构成的大棚本体,所述弧形拱顶(2)上覆盖有塑料布和遮阳网,其特征在于:所述大棚本体朝阳一侧的弧形拱顶(2)上方设置有支撑架体(3),与控制装置电连接的太阳能光伏板(4)呈40°~60°倾斜固定安装在所述支撑架体(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,其特征在于:所述支撑架体的支腿(5)向下延伸至所述大棚本体的支撑立柱(1)外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,其特征在于:相邻两所述大棚本体的间距为2.5~3.5米,在前一大棚本体的支撑架体顶部与后一大棚本体的支撑架体底部之间倾斜设置有反光膜(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有太阳能发电装置的夏栽地埋香菇大棚,其特征在于:所述反光膜(6)的倾斜角度为40°~60°。
