技术领域
本实用新型涉及检测装置,用来检测极间距较小的灯管,目的是判定其是否漏气,具体说是检测短弧氙灯是否漏气、短弧汞氙灯是否漏气及其极间距较小的气体放电灯管是否漏气的装置,具体涉及一种检测短弧灯漏气的装置。
背景技术
长弧氙灯的检测通常是用具有高压输出的测漏仪进行检测,即打电弧时,没有弧光输出,则表明灯管已经漏气;而短弧氙灯、短弧汞氙灯、超高压短弧气体放电灯等灯管,因为极性间距较小,即使漏气,用测漏仪检测照样可出弧光,即无法用具有高压输出的测漏仪进行检测,行业内检测极间距较小气体放电灯是否漏气常采用上机测试的方法来判定,而此方法效率低、成本高,因此如何能有一种简单的装置来测试是要解决的首要问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术检测极间距较小灯管所存在的效率低、成本高及操作复杂的问题,本实用新型提供了一种检测短弧灯漏气的装置,其特征在于:包括有用于提供标准颜色的应力仪,用于夹持灯具的夹具装置,用于将灯具内气体颜色与应力仪台面颜色进行比对及在比对颜色一致时进行报警的处理装置,所述夹具装置设有夹持灯具的可旋转夹头,所述可旋转夹头设置于应力仪台面的上方,所述处理装置包括有颜色比对模块和报警模块,所述处理装置与夹具装置对应设置。
进一步的,所述夹具装置为可升降的装置。
进一步的,所述处理装置包括有半包裹灯具的灯罩。
进一步的,所述可旋转夹头上设有旋转刻度。
进一步的,所述报警模块连接有红灯和绿灯。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本实用新型,能够检测极间距较小的灯管是否漏气,尤其是检测短弧氙灯是否漏气、短弧汞氙灯是否漏气及其极间距较小的气体放电灯管是否漏气,解决了效率低、成本高及操作复杂的问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,一种检测短弧灯漏气的装置,其特征在于:包括有用于提供标准颜色的应力仪,用于夹持灯具的夹具装置,用于将灯具内气体颜色与应力仪台面颜色进行比对及在比对颜色一致时进行报警的处理装置,所述夹具装置设有夹持灯具的可旋转夹头1,所述可旋转夹头1设置于应力仪台面的上方,所述处理装置包括有颜色比对模块和报警模块,所述处理装置与夹具装置对应设置,所述夹具装置为可升降的装置,所述处理装置包括有半包裹灯具的灯罩,所述可旋转夹头1上设有旋转刻度。
操作时,首先接通应力仪电源,并打开应力仪,确定应力仪的台面底色,给出标准颜色,然后清洁灯管,确保灯管表面洁净,并将其固定于夹具装置上,并确保灯管固定的位置对应与旋转刻度盘的0任意固定刻度值,然后将待测灯管置于应力仪台面上,如灯管高度不合适,可通过夹具装置上下调节高度,此时处理装置中的颜色比对模块将灯具内气体颜色与应力仪台面颜色进行比对,当然,待测灯管也可以同时随着转动可旋转夹头在刻度范围内转动,经过比对,若比对结果为同一颜色范围,则报警模块报警,说明待测灯管是漏气的,如比对结果颜色不一致,则报警模块不报警,此时说明不漏气。优选的,报警模块连接有红灯和绿灯,红灯亮表示漏气,绿灯亮则表示不漏气。

1.一种检测短弧灯漏气的装置,其特征在于:包括有用于提供标准颜色的应力仪,用于夹持灯具的夹具装置,用于将灯具内气体颜色与应力仪台面颜色进行比对及在比对颜色一致时进行报警的处理装置,所述夹具装置设有夹持灯具的可旋转夹头,所述可旋转夹头设置于应力仪台面的上方,所述处理装置包括有颜色比对模块和报警模块,所述处理装置与夹具装置对应设置。
