背景技术
纺织品染色的手段一般有涂染、浸染和蒸汽染色等多种,过热蒸汽染色就是现代染色中常用的一种。染色过程中,需要高温蒸汽进行加热,在这个过程中需要消耗大量的蒸汽,蒸汽使用后直接排入排水管道,造成了巨大的资源浪费,且难以回收利用。同时,废弃蒸汽中含有大量的热量,会提高正常工作环境的温度,不仅影响工作人员的正常工作,还给设备的检修和维护带来较多的困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的技术方案为:
一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置,连接染色机排气管,包括圆柱形壳体,壳体的下部设置有蒸汽进口和排水口,顶部设置有出气口,在壳体内设置有盘管,盘管内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽。
在本实用新型中,所述盘管的下端连通蒸汽进口,蒸汽进口与染色机排气管连接,盘管的上端连通出气口。
进一步的,所述回流槽内均匀开设有滴水孔,将盘管中汇聚的水滴滴落排出。
进一步的,所述盘管的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小,防止上方的水滴对下方盘管带来影响,同时延长盘管的使用寿命。
在本实用新型中,所述壳体的底部设置为漏斗状,排水口位于漏斗的底端,便于汇聚和排出水流。
在本实用新型中,蒸汽经过分离,成为高温气体和温水,高温气体可轻易回收热量,温水可用作生活用水来消耗。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型将难以回收利用的蒸汽进行分离,成为方便回收的高温气体和温水,既便于热量的回收,又能节约水的消耗,节能减排环保效果好。

参见图1~2所示的一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置,包括壳体1和设置在壳体1内的盘管2,所述壳体1的下部开设有与盘管2一端连通的蒸汽进口3,壳体1底部为漏斗状,底端开设有排水口4,壳体1上方开设有与盘管2另一端连通的出气口5;如图2所示的盘管内任一截面,盘管2内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽6,回流槽6沿着盘管2分布,回流槽6内均匀开设有滴水孔7,所述盘管2的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小。
本实用新型应用于染色机蒸汽回收时,废气蒸汽从蒸汽进口3进入壳体1内,沿着盘管2螺旋向上前进,蒸汽中小水滴在离心力和自身重力的作用下逐渐汇聚,并聚积在回流槽6中,回流到滴水孔7处后脱出盘管2落到壳体1底部,从排水口4排出壳体,而脱去了小水滴后的高温气体,沿着盘管2向上前进,从出气口5排出以回收热量。
因此,本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,既便于热量的回收,又能节约水的消耗,节能减排环保效果好。

1.一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置,连接染色机排气管,其特征在于,包括圆柱形壳体,壳体的下部设置有蒸汽进口和排水口,顶部设置有出气口,在壳体内设置有盘管,盘管内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置,其特征在于,所述盘管的下端连通蒸汽进口,蒸汽进口与染色机排气管连接,盘管的上端连通出气口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置,其特征在于,所述回流槽内均匀开设有滴水孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置,其特征在于,所述盘管的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小。
