背景技术
纺织品染色的手段一般有涂染、浸染和蒸汽染色等多种，过热蒸汽染色就是现代染色中常用的一种。染色过程中，需要高温蒸汽进行加热，在这个过程中需要消耗大量的蒸汽，蒸汽使用后直接排入排水管道，造成了巨大的资源浪费，且难以回收利用。同时，废弃蒸汽中含有大量的热量，会提高正常工作环境的温度，不仅影响工作人员的正常工作，还给设备的检修和维护带来较多的困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置，以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出的技术方案为：
一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置，连接染色机排气管，包括圆柱形壳体，壳体的下部设置有蒸汽进口和排水口，顶部设置有出气口，在壳体内设置有盘管，盘管内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽。
在本实用新型中，所述盘管的下端连通蒸汽进口，蒸汽进口与染色机排气管连接，盘管的上端连通出气口。
进一步的，所述回流槽内均匀开设有滴水孔，将盘管中汇聚的水滴滴落排出。
进一步的，所述盘管的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小，防止上方的水滴对下方盘管带来影响，同时延长盘管的使用寿命。
在本实用新型中，所述壳体的底部设置为漏斗状，排水口位于漏斗的底端，便于汇聚和排出水流。
在本实用新型中，蒸汽经过分离，成为高温气体和温水，高温气体可轻易回收热量，温水可用作生活用水来消耗。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型将难以回收利用的蒸汽进行分离，成为方便回收的高温气体和温水，既便于热量的回收，又能节约水的消耗，节能减排环保效果好。

参见图1~2所示的一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置，包括壳体1和设置在壳体1内的盘管2，所述壳体1的下部开设有与盘管2一端连通的蒸汽进口3，壳体1底部为漏斗状，底端开设有排水口4，壳体1上方开设有与盘管2另一端连通的出气口5；如图2所示的盘管内任一截面，盘管2内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽6，回流槽6沿着盘管2分布，回流槽6内均匀开设有滴水孔7，所述盘管2的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小。
本实用新型应用于染色机蒸汽回收时，废气蒸汽从蒸汽进口3进入壳体1内，沿着盘管2螺旋向上前进，蒸汽中小水滴在离心力和自身重力的作用下逐渐汇聚，并聚积在回流槽6中，回流到滴水孔7处后脱出盘管2落到壳体1底部，从排水口4排出壳体，而脱去了小水滴后的高温气体，沿着盘管2向上前进，从出气口5排出以回收热量。
因此，本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，既便于热量的回收，又能节约水的消耗，节能减排环保效果好。

1.一种染色机用蒸汽回收装置，连接染色机排气管，其特征在于，包括圆柱形壳体，壳体的下部设置有蒸汽进口和排水口，顶部设置有出气口，在壳体内设置有盘管，盘管内靠下的管壁处设置有向下凹陷的回流槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置，其特征在于，所述盘管的下端连通蒸汽进口，蒸汽进口与染色机排气管连接，盘管的上端连通出气口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置，其特征在于，所述回流槽内均匀开设有滴水孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的染色机用蒸汽回收装置，其特征在于，所述盘管的螺旋直径从下向上逐渐缩小。
