本实用新型属于罐式集装箱框架排水处理领域，尤其涉及一种裙座排水结构。
背景技术
现有的罐式集装箱的裙座，在雨雪天时，会在裙座内形成积水。另外，有些罐式集装箱在装运一些介质时，需要进行低温型式试验，在试验过程中，管路结霜融化后，也会在裙座内部形成积水。长期的积水会使裙座生锈，减少裙座的使用年限，进而影响罐式集装箱的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种裙座排水结构，防止因积水问题导致裙座生锈，提高罐式集装箱使用寿命，缓解管路在底部纵梁传力时的受力。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
提供一种裙座排水结构，其特殊之处在于：裙座排水结构位于底部纵梁内，呈双直角Z形管道，管道一端与裙座底部中央最低处开孔连接，另一端与底部纵梁下开孔连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、结构简单，该结构能有效的解决裙座内积水的问题，进而解决了因积水问题导致裙座生锈、罐式集装箱使用寿命减少的问题。
2、采用曲形管路的优势在于罐体受到冲击时，曲形管路可以在底部纵梁传力时缓解管路的受力。

如图1～图2所示，裙座排水结构3位于底部纵梁4内，呈双直角Z形管道，罐式集装箱框架组装时，管道一端与裙座1底部中央最低处开孔焊接，在底部纵梁组装时，管道另一端与底部纵梁下开孔焊接。
该管路结构简单，该结构能有效的解决裙座内积水的问题，进而解决了因积水问题导致裙座生锈、罐式集装箱使用寿命减少的问题。同时采用曲形管路的优势在于罐体受到冲击时，曲形管路可以在底部纵梁传力时缓解管路的受力。
