本实用新型涉及骨治疗技术领域,特别涉及一种抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物。
背景技术
钛及钛合金由于具有优异的力学性能、生物相容性、耐腐蚀性能,特别是与不锈钢相比更低的弹性模量,使其在骨科医疗器械领域特别是创伤产品领域得到了广泛的应用。然而由于骨科器械往往需要二次手术取出,特别是创伤产品在创伤愈合后需要通过手术取出植入物。由于钛及钛合金所具有的骨整合作用,使得骨容易在其表面上生长,特别是螺纹部位的骨,给植入物的取出带来了难度。在取出上述植入物时,医生需使用专门工具剔除骨方能顺利取出植入物,延长手术时间,增加患者痛苦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种可抑制钛及钛合金骨整合作用,使得骨不易在其表面上生长,从而使植入物易于取出的抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,具有植入物;所述植入物上覆盖无骨整合层;所述无骨整合层的厚度为0.01mm~0.5mm。
上述技术方案所述无骨整合层为聚醚醚酮层或聚乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层或聚乳酸层。
上述技术方案所述无骨整合层的厚度为0.1mm。
上述技术方案所述无骨整合层为聚乳酸层。
上述技术方案所述无骨整合层的厚度为0.3mm。
一种抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物的制备方法,将机加工完成后的植入物经抛光、喷砂、酸蚀、清洗后,浸入熔融态或已溶入溶剂中的的无骨整合材料中,并匀速旋转,以控制涂覆厚度为0.01mm~0.5mm。
上述技术方案所述植入物为接骨螺钉或锁定螺钉或接骨板。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本实用新型可抑制钛及钛合金骨整合作用,可使骨不易在钛及钛合金骨科植入物的表面生长,从而使得植入物易于取出,减少手术时间,降低患者痛苦。

具体实施方式
本实用新型具有植入物1;所述植入物上覆盖无骨整合层2;所述无骨整合层2的厚度为0.01mm~0.5mm。
无骨整合层2为聚醚醚酮层或聚乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层或聚乳酸层。无骨整合层2的厚度为0.1mm。
无骨整合层2为聚乳酸层。无骨整合层2的厚度为0.3mm。
(实施例1)
植入物为表面涂覆聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的接骨板,见图1和图2。所述接骨板由TA3材料制成,机加工完成后经抛光、喷砂、酸蚀、清洗后浸入熔融态的聚醚醚酮中,并匀速旋转,以控制涂覆的厚度为0.1mm。
(实施例2)
植入物为表面涂覆聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的接骨板,见图1和图2。所述接骨板由TA3材料制成,机加工完成后经抛光、喷砂、酸蚀、清洗后浸入低粘度拉丝期的PMMA中,并匀速旋转,以控制涂覆的厚度为0.1mm。
(实施例3)
植入物为表面涂覆聚乳酸(PLA)的锁定螺钉,见图3。所述锁定螺钉由TC4材料制成,机加工完成后经喷砂、酸蚀、清洗后浸入PLA+有机溶剂的液体中,并匀速旋转,控制涂覆的厚度为0.3mm。

1.一种抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,具有植入物(1);其特征在于:所述植入物(1)外表面上覆盖无骨整合层(2);所述无骨整合层(2)的厚度为0.01mm~0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,其特征在于:所述无骨整合层(2)成分为聚醚醚酮或聚乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚乳酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,其特征在于:所述无骨整合层(2)的厚度为0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,其特征在于:所述无骨整合层(2)为聚乳酸层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抑制钛及钛合金骨整合的骨科植入物,其特征在于:所述无骨整合层(2)的厚度为0.3mm。
