随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对水货的需求越来越大,水产养殖的行业也是越发兴盛,海参以其高营养、好口味、多做法成为人们喜闻乐见的食物;人们常常利用海参礁盘进行海参养殖,传统的投食为从上抛洒饲料,这就造成了上面的海参礁盘投放的食物量大,下面的海参礁盘投放实物量小,从而造成上面海参礁盘食物堆积和浪费,而下面的海参礁盘食物过少,不够海参的日常食用;而且传统的海参礁盘不利于成熟海参的采摘,降低了养殖效率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种逐层投食型海参养殖器,它可以完成对每层海参礁盘的逐层投食,可以确保投食量均匀适量,既可以保证海参的日常食物供给,又可以避免饲料浪费和堆积。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种逐层投食型海参养殖器,它包括支撑柱,恒压饲料罐;支撑柱为管状结构;在支撑柱长度方向上同轴均匀串接有海参礁盘,海参礁盘上下端面设置有褶皱;每相邻的两个海参礁盘之间的支撑柱的侧壁上设置有投食孔;支撑柱的空心通道内设置有电动推杆,电动推杆的推杆下端固定有两个活塞,两个活塞与支撑柱内壁滑动密封配合形成空腔,饲料管从活塞中密封穿过,将空腔与恒压饲料罐接通;支撑柱下端安装有锚定钎。

实用新型与传统的海参养殖器相比,其有益效果在于:1、包括支撑柱,恒压饲料罐;支撑柱为管状结构;在支撑柱长度方向上同轴均匀串接有海参礁盘,海参礁盘上下端面设置有褶皱;褶皱可以增大海参附着面积;每相邻的两个海参礁盘之间的支撑柱的侧壁上设置有投食孔;支撑柱的空心通道内设置有电动推杆,电动推杆的推杆下端固定有两个活塞,两个活塞与支撑柱内壁滑动密封配合形成空腔,饲料管从活塞中密封穿过,将空腔与恒压饲料罐接通;支撑柱下端安装有锚定钎;恒压饲料罐的饲料经过饲料管从投食口喷出,由于两个活塞的阻隔,饲料会从的支撑柱的侧壁上设置的投食孔上喷出,将饲料喷到海参礁盘上,随着电动推杆的上下移动,逐层进行投食,可以确保投食量均匀适量,既可以保证海参的日常食物供给,又可以避免饲料浪费和堆积;支撑柱下端安装有锚定钎,可以对实用新型进行固定。2、锚定钎上部由多个相互滑动套结的套管构成;套管可以上下伸缩,这样在采摘成年的海参时,不用将锚定钎拔出,提高了实用新型的简易性,提高了生产效率。3、海参礁盘为中心向下凹出的凹面,可以避免在喷射饲料时,饲料掉到海参礁盘外,造成不必要的浪费。

如图1、图2、图3所示,逐层投食型海参养殖器,它包括支撑柱1,恒压饲料罐11;支撑柱1为管状结构;在支撑柱1长度方向上同轴均匀串接有海参礁盘2,海参礁盘2上下端面设置有褶皱3;每相邻的两个海参礁盘2之间的支撑柱1的侧壁4上设置有投食孔5;支撑柱1的空心通道6内设置有电动推杆7,电动推杆7的推杆9下端固定有两个活塞8,两个活塞8与支撑柱1内壁滑动密封配合形成空腔14,饲料管10从活塞8中密封穿过,将空腔14与恒压饲料罐11接通;支撑柱1下端安装有锚定钎12。锚定钎12上部由多个相互滑动套结的套管13构成。海参礁盘2为中心向下凹出的凹面。
如图1所示,值得注意的是,实用新型在具体使用应该结合具体使用情况,恒压饲料罐11内储存有海参的饲料,饲料应为固液混合物,针对海参的稚参、幼参、成参各阶段的生长习性,研发出各个生长阶段所适宜的饲料。海参饲料中含有的纯天然藻类,矿物质,维生素,益生菌以及各种酶制剂,更有助于海参健康生长,同时又不败坏水质、底质;如图2、图3所示,投食孔5所在空腔14与饲料管10接通,饲料管10与恒压饲料罐11接通,应该根据海参礁盘2的大小,决定恒压饲料罐11压力的大小,既能使饲料覆盖海参礁盘2全面积,又不至于喷射到海参礁盘2的外部;如图1所示,海参礁盘2的中心向下倾的距离应该视具体情况而设定;如图2所示,套管13的长度视水深而定。

1.一种逐层投食型海参养殖器,其特征在于:包括支撑柱(1),恒压饲料罐(11);支撑柱(1)为管状结构;在支撑柱(1)长度方向上同轴均匀串接有海参礁盘(2);海参礁盘(2)上下端面设置有褶皱(3);每相邻的两个海参礁盘(2)之间的支撑柱(1)的侧壁(4)上设置有投食孔(5);支撑柱(1)的空心通道(6)内设置有电动推杆(7);电动推杆(7)的推杆(9)下端固定有两个活塞(8),两个活塞(8)与支撑柱(1)内壁滑动密封配合形成空腔(14),饲料管(10)从活塞(8)中密封穿过,将空腔(14)与恒压饲料罐(11)接通;支撑柱(1)下端安装有锚定钎(12)。
