技术领域
本实用新型涉及环保、化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种采样口。
背景技术
在环保化工领域,对样品进行分析时首先需要取样。因此,取样是分析步骤的重要一环。取样过程通常都要涉及取样器,简单的取样器包括筒状取样器、加重的取样器、玻璃瓶、塑料瓶和取样吸管等。
电厂或化工工厂的各种燃煤锅炉烟气均需要在排放前进行处理,处理烟尘及脱硫脱硝是主要的任务。氨法与钙法脱硫是最广泛采用的技术,脱硫处理时也要从脱硫塔中取样,样品的采集口进行密封是必须要考虑的。CN201327454Y公开了一种新型液体采样器,包括支撑骨架及其上的采样管,采样管包括采样长管和采样弯管,在骨架上依次连通有采样长管、球型阀、手摇泵、球型阀及采样弯管。该液体采样器可解决取样时因管内存在空气导致无法采样,容器底部存在沉积物导致的堵塞管道问题。但上述采样器仍存在不具有代表性等问题,其结构也较为复杂。
现有技术对于采样口的设计仍缺乏,针对以上不足,需要一种能够方便进行样品采集,且取样过程安全、方便可靠的采样口。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是:提出一种能密封的采样口(与釜、罐或管道连接采样),使得能够方便进行样品采集,且取样过程安全、不会使取样人意外受伤,方便可靠。在不取样时保证密封可靠。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型技术方案是,一种能密封的采样口,其特征是包括筒体、筒盖,筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一端与被取样容器焊接,圆筒的另一端由筒盖配合密封;圆筒外壁上直径方向的两端分别固定一凸板,每个凸板均安装一销轴,上端的销轴安装直角连杆的第一直杆的端部,直角连杆的第二直杆下部位置固定筒盖、且筒盖与第二直杆平行,下端的销轴安装锁定杆的一端,锁定杆的第二端与直角连杆的第二直杆的端部进行锁定。
进一步,筒盖与筒体接触的位置装有密封胶垫或胶圈。
进一步,第二直杆的端部开孔或豁口套进锁定杆,锁定杆第二端部为螺纹结构,设有配合的螺母旋在螺纹上,从而直角连杆的第二直杆将筒盖压合紧固在筒体上。
进一步,所述筒体的形状为圆柱体圆筒。可以为截面为椭圆体的筒。所述密封胶垫或胶圈为弹性耐油材质制成。
本实用新型工作过程如下:锁定杆端部螺母旋松后,第二直杆松脱,从而筒盖可以打开并上翻搁置,打开取样口进行塔内物的取样,筒盖自然连在筒体上,倘若筒体内有些压力,冲盖时也不会对取样人员造成伤害,因压力导致上盖上翻。取样物料不会对环境有负面的影响。
有益效果
本实用新型技术方案具有以下有益效果:能密封的采样口能保证密封的可靠及取样的可靠,该采样口结构简单,使用方便可靠,保护了取样人员的安全,劳动强度低。

具体实施方式
如图所示,采样口包括筒体1、筒盖7,筒体1为圆筒,圆筒的一端(图中为下端)与取样容器焊接,圆筒的另一端由筒盖7配合,筒盖可密封盖在圆筒上,圆筒筒沿与筒盖的密封端是一个磨平面;圆筒外壁上直径方向的两端分别固定一凸板2、4,每个凸板安装一销轴2-1、4-1,上端的销轴4-1安装直角连杆5的第一直杆的一端,直角连杆的第二直杆下部位置通过一垫块6固定筒盖7、且筒盖7与第二直杆平行,下端的销轴2-1安装锁定杆3的一端,锁定杆的另一端与直角连杆的第二直杆的端部进行锁定。
其中,筒盖与筒体接触的位置装有密封胶垫或胶圈。
其中,第二直杆的端部开孔或豁口套进锁定杆,锁定杆端部为螺纹结构,设有配合的螺母3-1旋在螺纹上,从而第二直杆将筒盖压合在筒体上。
其中,所述筒体的形状一般为圆柱体圆筒、也可以为椭圆体。所述密封胶垫或胶圈为弹性耐油材质制成。锁定杆端部螺母旋松后,第二直杆松脱,从而筒盖可以打开并上翻搁置,打开取样口进行塔内物的取样,筒盖自然连在筒体上,倘若筒体内有些压力,冲盖时也不会对取样人员造成伤害,因压力导致上盖上翻。取样物料不会对环境有负面的影响。

1.一种能密封的采样口,其特征是包括筒体、筒盖,筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一端与被取样容器焊接,圆筒的另一端由筒盖配合密封;圆筒外壁上直径方向的两端分别固定一凸板,每个凸板均安装一销轴,上端的销轴安装直角连杆的第一直杆的端部,直角连杆的第二直杆下部位置固定筒盖、且筒盖与第二直杆平行,下端的销轴安装锁定杆的一端,锁定杆的第二端与直角连杆的第二直杆的端部进行锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能密封的采样口,其特征是筒盖与筒体接触的位置装有密封胶垫或胶圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能密封的采样口,其特征是第二直杆的端部开孔或豁口套进锁定杆,锁定杆第二端部为螺纹结构,设有配合的螺母旋在螺纹上,从而直角连杆的第二直杆将筒盖压合紧固在筒体上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能密封的采样口,其特征是所述筒体的形状为圆柱体圆筒。
