[0002]噪声不但会对听力造成损伤,还能诱发多种疾病,由于噪声的作用,会产生头痛、脑胀、耳鸣、失眠、全身疲乏无力以及记忆力减退等神经衰退症状。噪声污染面积大,来源广,它作用于人们的感官,没有污染实物,不能积累,再利用价值不高。随着工业迅速发展,在享受工业设备带来生活便利的同时,噪声污染日趋严重,对人类的生活影响越来越大,控制噪声污染已是人们的共识。
[0003]常见的易造成噪声污染的声源设备有水栗、空压机、风机、电机、压缩机、球磨机、冷却塔等。在现有工程中,这些设备有的直接放置在设备房,用建筑物当隔音房,没有做其他噪声防治措施,吸隔声效果差,噪声大,严重影响周围环境与设备操作维护人员;有的设置隔声罩,采用普通玻璃棉等当吸声材料,玻璃棉强度低、易断裂、易飞扬、吸尘,产生的环保问题引起了人们的重视,使其应用受到了严重限制。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合吸隔声板,其特征在于:所述的阻尼层为高分子防火阻尼层;所述的第一吸声材料层为三聚氰胺海绵层;所述的第二吸声材料层为聚酯纤维吸声材料层。
3.—种噪声治理设施,包括四面墙体,顶板和底板,由底板、墙体和顶板围构成用于放置噪声设备的密闭空间,其特征在于:所述的底板包括一橡胶减震垫,所述的顶板和四面墙体为权利要求1或2所述的复合吸隔声板制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种噪声治理设施,其特征在于:所述的墙体上设有管线进出口、隔声门、隔声观察窗、进风口;所述的顶板上设有出风口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种噪声治理设施,其特征在于:所述的进风口、出风口上设有通风消声器。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种噪声治理设施,其特征在于:所述的底板还包括一底框架,所述的底框架固定于地面上,所述的橡胶减震垫安装于底框架内。
