Abstract

一种整体式金属表带，它包括用于将手表与表带相连的连接孔和扣接表带的扣接件，所述表带由薄型金属片制成弧形状且在其内侧覆有柔性材料与其固结。由于表带是整体式的，因此可在表带上方便地镶嵌各种饰品和绘制各种图案，使表带更加美观大方、新颖别致、华丽高贵；而且制作工艺简单、制作成本低。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种手表带，尤其是涉及一种金属制的整体式手表带。
目前市场销售的手表带一般分为金属手表带和皮革（也包括合成材料等柔性材料）手表带。一般金属表带都是由一节节金属节连接而成；而皮革表带则是制成二条整体的带子。这些表带虽然现已广泛使用，但它们上面不能装饰饰品和图案，因此不够豪华与漂亮。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新型的表带，通过将表带用金属制成整体型式，可在其上镶嵌各种宝石等饰品和绘、刻或压制美丽的图案。
本实用新型是一种整体式金属表带，它包括用于将手表与表带相连的连接孔和扣接表带的扣接件，所述表带的面带由薄型金属片制成弧形状，且在其内侧覆有柔性材料与其固结。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施例进行详细的描述。
图1是本实用新型最佳实施例的主视图；
图2是本实用新型最佳实施例的俯视图；
图3是本实用新型另一实施例的主视图。
现参见图1和图2，用薄型不锈钢条在冲床上冲制出呈弧形的表带1的两半面带2和3，面带2和3纵向略成梯形，即在面带2和3与手表（图中以点划线表示）相连的一端略宽，而其另一端略窄。在面带2和3略宽的一端将其弯出一连接孔4和5，用于与表示上的小轴相连。在面带2和3的内侧用粘结剂将与面带2和3同样大小的皮革6和7粘贴在其上，这样可以保护手腕。在面带2近窄端处制有若干个小孔 8；而在面带  3窄端处固定设置一凸柱9，且在其上套一皮革环10，使用时可将凸柱9插入小孔8以扣接表带1。
参见图3，也可将皮革6和7包覆在面带2和3的周边用粘合剂固结。
在面带2和3上可以镶嵌钻石，宝石等饰品，也可绘、刻或压制各种图案。
在表带1上也可以不开小孔8和不用凸柱9，而采用常用的活络搭扣，也可以达到扣接表带1的目的。
本实用新型的优点是由于表带是整体式的，这样在表带上可方便地镶嵌各种饰品和绘、刻或压制图案，使表带更加美观大方、新颖别致、华丽高贵；制作工艺简单，制作成本低。

Claims (2)

1、一种整体式金属表带，它包括用于将手表与表带相连的连接孔和扣接表带的扣接件，其特征在于，所述表带的面带由薄型金属片制成弧形状，在其内侧覆有柔性材料与其固结。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属表带，其特征在于，在所述表带上镶嵌有饰品和／或刻或压制各种图案。
