本实用新型的目的是提供一种钢梁连接卡簧,结构简单,可以使两根独立的钢梁快速紧紧的连到一起。

一种钢梁连接卡簧,包括卡簧主体,所述卡簧主体为弹簧钢板,卡簧主体中部断面呈凸型,卡簧主体两侧对称设有卡簧侧板,所述卡簧侧板上设有倒梯形凹槽。

如图1-2所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种钢梁连接卡簧,包括卡簧主体1,所述卡簧主体为弹簧钢板,卡簧主体中部断面呈凸型,卡簧主体两侧对称设有卡簧侧板2,所述卡簧侧板上设有倒梯形凹槽3。
具体使用时,本实用新型是一个冲压加工件,冲压后再进行热处理加工,使本实用新型具备弹簧钢板的性能。如图2所示,只需将它卡入断面构造接近的两个钢梁构件4,卡簧的凹面跟相关的材料的凹面咬合在一起,再利用弹簧原理,就可以将两个材料临时连接到一起,高效快捷。
