Abstract

[0002] 除尘器是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备。除尘器的性能用可处理的气体量、气体通过除尘器时的阻力损失和除尘效率来表达。同时,除尘器的价格、运行和维护费用、使用寿命长短和操作管理的难易也是考虑其性能的重要因素。除尘器是锅炉及工业生产中常用的设施。除尘器按照除尘方式分为:干式除尘器、半干式除尘器、湿式除尘器。湿式除尘器俗称“水除尘器”,它是使含尘气体与液体一般为水密切接触,利用水滴和颗粒的惯性碰撞或者利用水和粉尘的充分混合作用及其他作用捕集颗粒或使颗粒增大或留于固定容器内达到水和粉尘分离效果的装置。现有的湿式除尘器占地面积较大,除尘效率比较低,特别是微小颗粒的除尘效果比较差,除尘器材损耗比较大,成本较高。

[0004] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出了一种磁力旋风湿式除尘器,包括进气管、雾化水喷嘴、喷淋管、喷淋系统、接水栗、旋风筒、磁力线、磁力发生器、洁净排气管、接风机、支腿,所述进气管的形状为圆柱形中空管,进气管水平设置,所述雾化水喷嘴设在进气管的内侧壁顶部,所述雾化水喷嘴上连接有喷淋管,所述喷淋管连接在喷淋系统上,所述喷淋系统上安装有接水栗,所述旋风筒位于进气管的右侧,旋风筒的左侧壁与进气管的最右端相连,所述旋风筒的形状为圆柱形,旋风筒竖直设置,所述旋风筒的底部边缘设有若干支腿,所述旋风筒底部连接有灰斗,所述旋风筒的顶部安装有洁净排气管,所述洁净排气管竖直设置,洁净排气管设在旋风筒的顶部中心位置,所述洁净排气管的顶端安装有接风机,所述磁力线竖直设置在旋风筒内,所述磁力发生器设置在旋风筒外,所述磁力线和磁力发生器相连。

[0015] 本实用新型一种磁力旋风湿式除尘器在工作过程中,废气进入进气管1,接水栗5将水输送到喷淋系统4,喷淋系统4将水通过喷淋管3输送至雾化水喷嘴2,雾化水喷嘴2向下喷出雾化水,在水雾的作用下废气中的粉尘被水吸附,废气进入旋风筒6,磁力发生器8启动,磁力线7在旋风筒6内形成密集的环绕磁场,在磁场和离心力的双重作用下,吸附粉尘的水滴向旋风筒6的筒壁扩散,在扩散的同时,小颗粒的水滴在磁力的作用下不断团聚为大颗粒水滴,含尘水滴的质量不断加大,离心惯性更加明显,最终团聚后的含尘水滴沿着旋风筒6的筒壁下落至灰斗12内,洁净的空气通过洁净排气管9顶部的接风机10排出。本实用新型能够使除尘器的除尘效率更高,有效过滤微小颗粒尘埃,占地面积小,器材损耗极小,成本低,适用范围广。
