本实用新型主要包括钢板镜、固定轮，固定轮包括吸盘、气阀、储气筒、吸盘、滑轮、旋转轴和支撑杆，支撑杆通过旋转轴与滑轮连接。
使用时，在镜面板下方安装吸盘—滑轮的装置，安放时抽出气阀快速抽出吸盘内空气，使其迅速贴紧池底；移动时按下气阀快速充气，使其迅速脱离池底，并且在吸盘旁附有滑轮，移动时将其向下旋转，支撑起镜面板，安放时向上旋转，不影响吸盘的固定。
