本实用新型涉及机械装备领域，尤其涉及一种喷涂机设备，具体是指一种喷涂机用输料轴。
背景技术
喷涂机是一种集搅拌、喷涂为一体的专业建筑工程设备，主要用于建筑内外墙体的砂浆喷涂作业。它将干粉砂浆在机器上与水自动混合经过二级搅拌后，通过螺杆泵将砂浆压出，与高压空气混合后，均匀地将砂浆喷射到墙面上，避免了目前作业方法中混凝土预制砂浆在运输、保存等环节上存在的一系列问题，解决了传统人工抹灰，砂浆和墙体的粘结度不够，容易出现空鼓的缺点。
喷涂机施工过程中须保证水灰比保持基本不变，这样才能保证施工的正常进行。由于喷涂机输料轴在施工中不断与物料搅拌发生摩擦，会导致输料轴磨损变形，同时，喷涂过程中外界杂物容易掺入到物料中，这就很难保证出料量均匀不变，出料量的多少容易导致施工过程浆料稠稀不定，浆料太稠容易堵塞砂浆管，浆料太稀不容易粘附到墙上。
原有的输料轴螺旋部分焊接以后，螺旋部分跟轴管之间留有间隙；仅靠一段钢筋将这两部分连接在一起，耐磨性和承受强度都不足；因为有间隙，在输料的过程中，物料从间隙漏掉，下料少而且不稳定；容易造成混合的浆料稠稀不一样。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术所存在的不足之处，提供一种喷涂机用输料轴，该输料轴通过对螺旋叶片的改进，有效防止了物料的回流，能够始终保持所设定的压力喷出，保证喷涂过程中受力均衡，确保砂浆和墙体之间粘度高，有效防止了空鼓现象，并且减少了熟料轴在输料过程中砂浆与输料轴之间的相对运动摩擦，输料轴摩擦程度变小，提高了输料轴使用寿命，改造以后的输料轴，结构更加合理，这样既能保证设备长时间连续运转，又给施工降低了成本。

如图1~2中所示，一种喷涂机用输料轴，包括输料轴本体1，螺旋设置在输料轴本体1上的叶片2，所述叶片2包括与输料轴本体1直接连接的内边缘3，所述内边缘3与输送轴本体1之间为无缝隙连接；所述内边缘3与输料轴本体1之间为无缝隙焊接；所述叶片2还包括远离输料轴本体1的外边缘4，所述外边缘4距离内边缘3的高度为20mm；所述叶片的厚度为6mm；所述叶片的螺距为90mm。
另外，所述内边缘3与输送轴本体1之间为无缝隙连接还包括其他连接方式，如内边缘3与输料轴本体1之间为无缝隙粘接，过盈配合连接，或者叶片2与输料轴本体1为一次成型的一体结构等等。
改造后的输料轴结构更加简单，这种结构的输料螺旋，焊接后紧靠轴管，强度和耐磨性都有所提高；与轴管之间没有间隙，输料的过程中不会产生料回流的现象，增加了输料量；保证了设备出浆量充足而且连续。
综上所述，改造后的轴很好的解决了设备下料不足的情况，而且在制作过程优化了加工工艺，保证了焊接以后的强度，使用过程中既满足了施工要求，又降低了施工成本。
