细纱机是纺纱过程中把半制品粗纱或条子经牵伸、加捻、卷绕成细纱管纱的纺纱机器；细纱机是纺纱的主要机器，细纱的产量、质量是纺纱工艺各道工序优劣的综合反映。细纱机在启动过程中，由低速启动变换为高速启动时，短接接触器经常烧坏，而一旦短接接触器烧坏，电机随之瞬间烧坏，完全没有改善和抢救的可能，在这过程中，需要更换电机，耽误生产的同时，加大了投入成本。
（三）发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、运行安全的细纱机安全启动系统。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种细纱机安全启动系统，包括细纱机的启动电机，其特征在于：所述启动电机连接细纱机的电路上设置有串联的短接接触器和高速接触器，高速接触器的线圈连接短接接触器的常开触点。
本实用新型使高速接触器的线圈直接连接短接接触器的常开触点，短接接触器在高速运行过程中，始终处于连通状态，免除了被烧坏的可能，从而保护了电机。
本实用新型的更优技术方案为：
所述启动电机连接细纱机的电路上设置有低速接触器，低速接触器与短接接触器和高速接触器并联，实现了低速接触器和高速接触器的灵活切换。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，设计合理，应用灵活，有效保护电机不被烧坏，提高了生产的安全性，适于广泛推广应用。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括细纱机1的启动电机2，所述启动电机2连接细纱机1的电路上设置有串联的短接接触器3和高速接触器4，高速接触器4的线圈连接短接接触器3的常开触点；所述启动电机2连接细纱机1的电路上设置有低速接触器5，低速接触器5与短接接触器3和高速接触器4并联。
在细纱机1启动时，先打开低速接触器5连通启动电机2，启动电机缓慢运转，实现启动，之后，将低速接触器5断开，切换到高速接触器4闭合状态，此时，高速接触器4的线圈通过短接接触器3的常开触点，短接接触器3不会出现被烧坏的情况，从而杜绝了启动电机2被烧坏的现象，保证了生产的正常运行。

1.一种细纱机安全启动系统，包括细纱机（1）的启动电机（2），其特征在于：所述启动电机（2）连接细纱机（1）的电路上设置有串联的短接接触器（3）和高速接触器（4），高速接触器（4）的线圈连接短接接触器（3）的常开触点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细纱机安全启动系统，其特征在于：所述启动电机（2）连接细纱机（1）的电路上设置有低速接触器（5），低速接触器（5）与短接接触器（3）和高速接触器（4）并联。
