本实用新型涉及一种茶叶杀青机的排烟装置。
背景技术
现有的茶叶杀青机的排烟装置，一般通过烟囱直通茶厂顶棚外进行排烟，当茶叶杀青机在杀二青或提香时为了满足快速将滚筒内的茶叶出尽，就将整台杀青机进茶口端拓高，使滚筒形成向下倾斜角，由于烟囱是安装在杀青机的上方的，因此机器的挠动必然要连带烟囱一起摆动，而现有的烟囱上端往往是与茶厂顶棚或屋檐固定的，从而就干涉了杀青机的挠动功能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种使用方便、便于茶叶加工的茶叶杀青机的排烟装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种茶叶杀青机的排烟装置，包括与用以滚筒加热的加热腔室连通的下烟囱，所述排烟装置还包括与茶厂顶棚固定连接的上烟囱和烟罩，所述烟罩的开口方向朝下布置，所述下烟囱的上端位于所述烟罩内，所述烟罩的顶部开有连接孔，所述连接孔与所述上烟囱连通。

参照图1，一种茶叶杀青机的排烟装置，包括与用以滚筒加热的加热腔室连通的下烟囱1，所述排烟装置还包括与茶厂顶棚固定连接的上烟囱2和烟罩3，所述烟罩3的开口方向朝下布置，所述下烟囱1的上端位于所述烟罩3内，所述烟罩3的顶部开有连接孔，所述连接孔与所述上烟囱2连通。
本实施例中，所述上烟囱2与所述下烟囱1均为圆管，所述烟罩3包括下底不封的长方形框体和位于长方形框体的上方四周设置的方锥形体组成，方锥型体上端开一圆形连接孔，以便与上烟囱焊接。
本实用新型将通出厂房的上烟囱2和整台茶叶杀青机分离成两部分，当茶叶杀青机因工艺需要挠动时，连在茶叶杀青机上的下烟囱1可以在烟罩3的矩形框里有一定空间活动，支持茶叶杀青机的滚筒的出料口向下倾斜的功能。

1.一种茶叶杀青机的排烟装置，包括与用以滚筒加热的加热腔室连通的下烟囱，其特征在于：所述排烟装置还包括与茶厂顶棚固定连接的上烟囱和烟罩，所述烟罩的开口方向朝下布置，所述下烟囱的上端位于所述烟罩内，所述烟罩的顶部开有连接孔，所述连接孔与所述上烟囱连通。
