背景技术
循环流化床锅炉(CFB)初次启动或正常运行时，需要一套床料添加系统。目前常用的方式有两种，一种是机械添加方案，主要流程为：斗提机→溜管→埋刮板输送机→给煤机或锅炉床料添加口，另一种是气力输送添加，主要流程为：斗提机→溜管→缓冲罐→仓泵→锅炉床料添加口。第一种方案系统略复杂、埋刮板输送机需布置在给煤机上方，布置有难度；第二种方案输送管路较长，易磨损，管道使用寿命短。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种管道短、使用寿命长的启动床料输送系统，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种启动床料输送系统，包括第一给煤机、第二给煤机、溜管、斗提机、给煤机启动床料，所述斗提机安装在给煤机启动床料的下方，所述给煤机启动床料的入口通过溜管分别连接第一给煤机和第二给煤机，所述溜管上设有第一压缩空气入口和第二压缩空气入口。

本实用新型采用斗提机4和溜管3直接将煤料送至给煤机启动床料5的入口，同时根据溜管3的角度大小增设第一压缩空气入口6和第二压缩空气入口7，溜管3的角度大于70°时可不设第一压缩空气入口6和第二压缩空气入口7。以防止物料堵塞，增加煤料的流动性，第一压缩空气入口6和第二压缩空气入口7应设置在溜管3的顶面或侧面，不能设置在溜管3的底面，以防止物料堵塞喷口，本实用新型在保证启动床料系统耐用性的同时简化配置、降低投资、减少磨损。
