砂浆物料混合质量直接影响着建筑物如房子等的质量。生产中,砂是储存于大型砂仓中待用,大型砂仓一般存储量在1000吨以上,直径大,高度高,存储过程中,砂从上往下自由下落时产生离析现象,即不同颗粒大小的砂分布会不均匀,中间的砂粒径大,外围的砂粒径小。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可以防止砂料离析的防离析砂仓。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,提供一种防离析砂仓,包括上部的柱状筒体和下部的锥状筒体,柱状筒体内设有滑道,所述滑道沿着柱状筒体内壁从上到下形成螺旋下降的旋转滑道,柱状筒体的进料口对着滑道的顶端,锥状筒体内设有导料部,导料部与锥状筒体内壁之间具有间隙,导料部为锥形体。
采用以上结构后与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:滑道将砂从上往下滑动,然后进入锥状筒体,当需要放料时,通过导料部与锥状筒体的间隙滑落出锥状筒体的出料口,避免形成离析现象。
作为优选,所述滑道包括滑板和滑板两侧的挡板,其中一侧的挡板与柱状筒体内壁连接。
进一步的,导料部为圆锥形或三角锥形。
