瓶子装箱一般先将箱板撑开，接这将下后折边及下前折边往内折叠，然后再将下左折边及下右折边往内折叠，之后用封箱胶密封连接好底箱、然后将箱子移动并上升至排列好的瓶子的下方，将瓶子排列好后，卸落至箱子中。现时，上述工序一般人工完成，生产效率低下。

为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：提供一种分瓶机构，包括若干前后而置的分瓶支架、若干分瓶隔板及若干分瓶固件夹，所述分瓶支架包括左支撑块、右支撑块及中间支撑块，所述左支撑块及右支撑块自左而右依次垂直放置，所述中间支撑块水平连接于所述左支撑块及所述右支撑块的上端，所述分瓶隔板自左而右依次均匀的垂直放置，所述分瓶隔板的上端凸设有若干连接凸起，所述分瓶固定夹的一端与所述中间支撑块固接，另一端与所述连接凸起固接，相邻的两分瓶隔板之间形成瓶子输送空间。
所述左支撑块的右侧壁的下端设有两左固定连接件，所述右支撑块的左侧壁的下端设有两右固定连接件。

所述分瓶支架410包括左支撑块411、右支撑块412及中间支撑块413。所述左支撑块411及右支撑块412自左而右依次垂直放置。所述中间支撑块413水平连接于所述左支撑块411及所述右支撑块412的上端。所述分瓶隔板420自左而右依次均匀的垂直放置。所述分瓶隔板420的上端凸设有若干连接凸起421。所述分瓶固定夹430的一端与所述中间支撑块413固接，另一端与所述连接凸421起固接。相邻的两所述分瓶隔板420之间形成瓶子输送空间。
较佳者，所述左支撑块411的右侧壁的下端设有两左固定连接件4111，所述右支撑块412的左侧壁的下端设有两右固定连接件4121。
本实用新型分瓶机构400使用时，瓶子在输送机构的带动下，经过瓶子输送空间输送至下一工序处。
本实用新型分瓶机构能将输送中的瓶子分隔开来，以便后续更有序的将瓶子装箱。
