背景技术
在半导体器件生产中，大约有20％的工序与硅片清洗有关。硅片经过切片、倒角、研磨、表面处理、抛光、外延等不同工序加工后，表面已经受到严重的污染，清洗的目的就是为了去除硅片表面颗粒、金属离子以及有机物等污染。
目前硅片清洗主要是以化学清洗为主，化学清洗是指利用各种化学试剂和有机溶剂与吸附在被清洗物体表面上的杂质及油污发生化学反应或溶解作用，或伴以超声、加热、抽真空等物理措施，使杂质从被清除物体的表面脱附，然后用大量高纯热、冷去离子水冲洗，从而获得洁净表面的过程。化学清洗又可以分为湿法化学清洗和干法化学清洗，其中湿法化学清洗技术在硅片表面清洗中仍处于主导地位。
在湿法化学清洗中，需要采用清洗花篮来盛放硅片，再将清洗花篮放入清洗液中。现有的清洗花篮为插槽型结构，即清洗花篮均匀开设多个插槽，每个插槽内插入一个硅片，由于各个插槽间水平高度一致且相邻插槽间距离短，所以在插入及取出硅片的过程中就会带来不便，很容易出现硅片碎裂的情况。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种硅片清洗用花篮，通过对花篮整体的结构布局做重新规划设计，使其具有便于取放硅片的特点，降低破损率。
本实用新型所述的一种硅片清洗用花篮，其特征在于：包括框架，所述的框架为上下贯通的四边形结构，框架的两个长边为中间高两边低的倒V型结构，两个长边内壁对称开设有若干组插槽。
其中，优选方案如下：
所述的框架采用特氟纶材料制作。特氟纶材料耐腐蚀、化学稳定性好、使用寿命长，且价格低廉。
所述的插槽设有25组。25组的设计方案符合目前常规的设计要求，与目前的硅片清洗花篮组数相同。当设计成25组时，即中间最高位置处的插槽的两边各有12组插槽。
框架的两个短边顶部可以向外设有凸出沿，也可以顶部设有提手。不管是凸出沿还是提手，都是为了便于对花篮的提放。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：(1)框架采用中间高两边低的倒V型结构，使得相邻的两个插槽之间具有高度差，就可以利用这一高度差便于取放硅片，不至于碰触到相邻的硅片，以减少硅片破损现象的发生。(2)只对结构布局做优化调整，不增加任何成本，采用特氟纶材料制作，价格低廉，便于市场化推广。

实施例1：
如图1和图2所示，一种硅片清洗用花篮，包括框架1，所述的框架1为上下贯通的四边形结构，框架1的两个长边为中间高两边低的倒V型结构，两个长边内壁对称开设有若干组插槽2。
所述的框架1采用特氟纶材料制作。特氟纶材料耐腐蚀、化学稳定性好、使用寿命长，且价格低廉。
所述的插槽2设有25组。25组的设计方案符合目前常规的设计要求，与目前的硅片清洗花篮组数相同。当设计成25组时，即中间最高位置处的插槽2的两边各有12组插槽2。
框架1的两个短边顶部向外设有凸出沿3，便于对花篮的提放。
