背景技术
给水工程平流沉淀池在工作时，在池底会形成一层污泥，这层污泥需要经常进行清理。目前，一般采用刮泥机吸取平流沉淀池的污泥。采用刮泥机吸取的污泥粒度大，在吸泥的过程中容易扰动水体，导致水体污染，影响沉淀效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种移动式吸泥组件，能够移动吸取平流沉淀池中的污泥，减少对水体的扰动，工作稳定可靠。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，移动式吸泥组件包括桥架、减速电机、传动轴、行走轮、侧支架、限位挡架、行程开关、吸泥管、排泥管、真空泵和虹吸管，其特征是：桥架上固定减速电机，减速电机输出端连接传动轴，传动两端设有行走轮；桥架一侧设有侧支架，侧支架上设有限位挡架，桥架外侧设有能够碰触到限位挡架的行程开关；桥架上固定排泥管，排泥管上设有真空泵，排泥管上连接多个吸泥管，排泥管上连接虹吸管。
进一步的，吸泥管的末端设有吸泥罩。
进一步的，虹吸管的末端设有水封罐。

如图1所示，本实用新型主要包括桥架1、减速电机2、传动轴3、行走轮4、侧支架5、限位挡架6、行程开关7、吸泥管8、排泥管10、真空泵11和虹吸管12。
桥架1上固定减速电机2，减速电机2输出端连接传动轴3，传动3两端设有行走轮4。
桥架1一侧设有侧支架5，侧支架5上设有限位挡架6。桥架1外侧设有能够碰触到限位挡架6的行程开关7，当桥架1行走到限位挡架6处时，行程开关7被限位挡架6触发实现限位。
桥架1上固定排泥管10，排泥管10上设有真空泵11。排泥管10上连接多个吸泥管8，吸泥管8的末端设有吸泥罩9。
排泥管10上连接虹吸管12，虹吸管12的末端设有水封罐13。
本实用新型的工作原理是：在工作时，利用真空泵抽取平流沉淀池中的污泥，并且利用沉淀池与排泥槽内的液位差排泥。本实用新型能够移动吸取平流沉淀池中的污泥，减少对水体的扰动，工作稳定可靠。

1.一种移动式吸泥组件，包括桥架（1）、减速电机（2）、传动轴（3）、行走轮（4）、侧支架（5）、限位挡架（6）、行程开关（7）、吸泥管（8）、排泥管（10）、真空泵（11）和虹吸管（12），其特征是：桥架（1）上固定减速电机（2），减速电机（2）输出端连接传动轴（3），传动（3）两端设有行走轮（4）；桥架（1）一侧设有侧支架（5），侧支架（5）上设有限位挡架（6），桥架（1）外侧设有能够碰触到限位挡架（6）的行程开关（7）；桥架（1）上固定排泥管（10），排泥管（10）上设有真空泵（11），排泥管（10）上连接多个吸泥管（8），排泥管（10）上连接虹吸管（12）。
