本实用新型涉及光伏支架技术领域,具体的说是一种彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,所述彩钢板屋面通过支架与光伏组件连接,所述防滑齿牙和支架体上端通过固定螺栓连接形成固定夹,所述彩钢板屋面顶端向上凸出为凸出部分,所述凸出部分与固定夹内侧契合,所述防滑齿牙外部通过固定螺栓连接有连接杆,所述连接杆上端通过连接螺栓与光伏组件连接,本实用新型彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,采用固定夹使内壁侧面凸出部分与暗扣式屋面板凹口部分契合,并在容纳空间凸出部分设有防滑齿牙,防止连接杆与暗扣式屋面板脱开,无需穿透,省时省力,提高工效,同时不破坏彩钢板涂层,很好的保证屋顶防水效果,彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架减少了导轨,降低了成本。

背景技术
太阳能光伏支架,是太阳能光伏发电系统中为了摆放、安装、固定太阳能面板设计的特殊的支架,一般材质有铝合金、碳钢及不锈钢,现有的太阳能光伏支架都为导轨式的支架,导轨式的支架需要很多材料,增加了企业的成本,同时现有的支架安装在彩钢板屋面上,首先要要在彩钢板屋面上进行钻孔,然后进行安装光伏支架,在彩钢板上打孔安装,打孔位置防水处理不好,很容易造成建筑屋顶的发生漏水,另外打孔安装需要人工进行,增加了企业的成本,同时不方便维护。
因此,为克服上述技术的不足而设计出无需穿透,省时省力,提高工效,同时不破坏彩钢板涂层,很好的保证屋顶防水效果,彩钢板屋面无导轨,降低了成本的一种彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,正是发明人所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,其结构简单,无需穿透,省时省力,提高工效,同时不破坏彩钢板涂层,很好的保证屋顶防水效果,彩钢板屋面无导轨,降低了成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,其包括光伏组件、支架、彩钢板屋面、支架体、防滑齿牙、固定螺栓、连接杆、连接螺栓、凸出部分,所述彩钢板屋面通过支架与光伏组件连接,所述支架包括支架体、防滑齿牙、固定螺栓、连接杆、连接螺栓、凸出部分,所述防滑齿牙和支架体上端通过固定螺栓连接形成固定夹,所述彩钢板屋面顶端向上凸出为凸出部分,所述凸出部分与固定夹内侧契合,所述防滑齿牙外部通过固定螺栓连接有连接杆,所述连接杆上端通过连接螺栓与光伏组件连接。
进一步,所述固定夹内壁侧面有向外凸出的部分,所述固定夹内壁侧面有向外凸出的部分与彩钢板屋面顶端向上凸出为凸出部分契合。
进一步,所述凸出部分与彩钢板屋面为整体结构,彩钢板屋面顶端的凸出部分带有弯钩。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架,采用固定夹使内壁侧面凸出部分与暗扣式屋面板凹口部分契合,并在容纳空间凸出部分设有防滑齿牙,防止连接杆与暗扣式屋面板脱开,无需穿透,省时省力,提高工效,同时不破坏彩钢板涂层,很好的保证屋顶防水效果,彩钢板屋面无导轨式光伏支架减少了导轨,降低了成本。
