本实用新型涉及高端金融交易卡、智能管理卡技术领域,特别是纯金属双界面芯片卡。
背景技术
目前,纯金属材质的双界面卡片在国内外传统卡片制造领域内是空白,因为通常金属材质会对非接触式功能的天线收发的电磁波信号具有屏蔽作用,随着新兴支付卡样式日益繁多,传统卡片行业需要在材料上创新突破,普通塑料材质卡片转向特种材料高端卡是必然的趋势,引入传统卡片上双界面功能是亟待解决的;珠海金邦达申请的公开号为CN104166870A“双界面金属智能芯片卡,其金属卡片地加工工艺均是先切割成金属片卡体,然后施加粘合剂于所述背板,并将卡片粘于另外一半上。该工艺主要是对金属进行卡片成型,然后用粘接剂固定含双界面功能的PVC片材上,形成最后卡体,该卡片非纯金属卡片。美国运通旅游有关服务公司申请的公开号为CN102089772A的中国专利申请公开了“一种金属卡及其制造方法”。该卡片同样是施加粘合剂于所述背板,并将卡片粘于另外一半上,无纯金属含双界面功能介绍。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对以上缺点进行改进,提供一种使金属材质卡表面具有碰通性的纯金属双界面芯片卡。
本实用新型纯金属双界面芯片卡,其特征在于:具有金属卡体,金属卡体上设有模块槽位,模块槽位内封装有用热熔胶带背胶的耦合双界面模块,金属卡体的表面丝印有电磁屏蔽材料介质涂料层。
所述电磁屏蔽材料介质涂料层为铁氧体涂料层。
本实用新型结构设计合理、实用、安全,功能齐全,金属材质的卡片具有磁通性,解决了金属屏蔽电磁波信号这一难题,而且模块封装质量好,不易开口,丰富交易卡的产品种类,为客户提供更多的选择和优良的产品。

1.纯金属双界面芯片卡,其特征在于:具有金属卡体,金属卡体上设有模块槽位,模块槽位内封装有用热熔胶带背胶的耦合双界面模块,金属卡体的表面丝印有电磁屏蔽材料介质涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯金属双界面芯片卡,其特征在于:所述电磁屏蔽材料介质涂料层为铁氧体涂料层。
