技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热水器,主要涉及太阳能热水器水箱结构。
背景技术
目前太阳能热水箱的水箱多采用不锈钢材质制造或以金属为基材,内衬搪瓷制造,热交换器采用盘管或夹层;都是直接焊在水箱圆周的直线段上,在水箱上部半圆形端盖上一般不开孔,或只开直径小于10公分的小孔;而且不好装电辅助加热,特别是不锈钢水箱,焊缝的边沿会失去铬和镍的成分,使用1-2年会产生针孔漏水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对太阳能热水器金属水箱进行改进,将光波电热管应用到太阳能水箱中,作辅助加热。
本发明的技术措施是:
一、是太阳能热水器水箱8上部半圆形端面上有孔9,其上有法兰盖11,安装水流过时即加热水装置18,以及测温和限温探头;所述水流过时即加热水装置18,是一个有进出水口的密闭容器,内装电热管6,放水时电热管接通对水加热,关水时断开。
二、对于金属水箱,特别是不锈钢水箱在焊缝的内表面处涂耐高温、耐水涂层,或在焊缝外表面处,涂耐高温、耐水的防护涂层,并粘贴一层以上玻璃纤维带;为提高防护质量,最好内外表面都涂防护层;所述涂层包括胶或涂料。
三、在水箱下部安装辅热电热管,所述电热管6,一是光波电热管是在石英玻璃管内装碳纤维或金属发热丝,通电后产生红外辐射和热能;二是将半导体发热材料,涂在石英玻璃管内壁表面,形成一层导电膜,并有接线端子通电后会产生红外辐射和热能;其安装方法是水箱直线段两侧制出带螺纹同轴心的接头12,在接头12孔内安装金属或非金属套管19,套管外有密封件13用螺帽15将密封件压紧,确保水箱密封;也可在水箱直线段两侧制出带法兰的接头12,其孔中装金属或非金属套管19,套管外有密封件13,用压紧盖15将密封件压紧,确保水箱不漏水;并在金属或非金属套管19内安装电热管6。

下面结合附图进行说明,附图中:外壳1、冷水进水管2、热水出水管3、法兰盖密封件4、电热管6(直通光波电热管6-1、盲孔光波电热管6-2、金属电热管6-3)、热交换器7、水箱8、水箱上部半圆形端面的孔9、测温或限温器安装管10、法兰盖11、有螺纹的接头或带法兰的接头12、密封件13、泄压阀14、螺帽或盖15、太阳能集热板或集热器16、水流过时即加热水的器具18、金属或非金属套管19、空气20。
图1图2中,在法兰盖11上安装有热交换器7的2根进出液管,还装有水流过时即加热水的器具18,在水箱8下部两侧焊接同轴心的有螺纹的接头或在带法兰的接头12,其内孔中安装有金属或非金属套管19,在套管19内孔空气20中安装直通形或盲孔形电热管6;
所述法兰盖11上安装有水流过即加热水的器具18或同时装有热交换器7,是可将盖和二个组件,组成一个部件,安装方便;所述水流过即加热水的器具18,是放水时,必通过18,电热管会通电对流过的水,再加热一次,可增加水箱8产生热水量;器具18中可装金属电热管6-3,图中未示出,也在本专利保护之内。
由于水箱8上端有直径较大法兰的口,可对水箱焊缝涂防护胶或涂料,也可在水箱的焊缝外表面处涂胶或涂料,并粘贴玻璃纤维带,以防漏水。
所述热交换器7,若采用水进行热交换时,可不用热交换器7。

1.太阳能热水器金属水箱内旁热式光波电热管安装结构,其特征在于:水箱上部半圆形端面上有孔(9)其上有法兰盖(11),法兰盖(11)上安装有水流过时即加热水的装置(18)或同时装有热交换器(7);并在水箱(8)下部两侧有同轴心的有螺纹的接头或带法兰的接头(12),其内孔中安装金属或非金属套管(19),在套管(19)内孔空气(20)中,安装电热管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述太阳能热水器金属水箱内旁热式光波电热管安装结构,其特征在于:水箱(8)内焊缝处涂有防护胶或涂料,在水箱(8)外焊缝表面涂有防护胶或涂料,并粘贴玻璃纤维带。
