技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热水器，主要涉及太阳能热水器水箱结构。
背景技术
目前太阳能热水箱的水箱多采用不锈钢材质制造或以金属为基材，内衬搪瓷制造，热交换器采用盘管或夹层；都是直接焊在水箱圆周的直线段上，在水箱上部半圆形端盖上一般不开孔，或只开直径小于10公分的小孔；而且不好装电辅助加热，特别是不锈钢水箱，焊缝的边沿会失去铬和镍的成分，使用1-2年会产生针孔漏水。
发明内容
本发明针对太阳能热水器金属水箱进行改进，克服易漏水的缺陷。
本发明的技术措施是：
一、是太阳能热水器水箱8上部半圆形端面上有孔9，其上有法兰盖11，在盖上安装水流过时即加热水装置18，或安装水流过时即加热水装置18和安装热交换器7，以及测温和限温探头。
二、对于金属水箱，特别是不锈钢水箱在焊缝的内表面处涂耐高温、耐水涂层，或在焊缝外表面处，涂耐高温、耐水的防护涂层，并粘贴一层以上玻璃纤维带；为提高防护质量，最好内外表面都涂防护层；所述涂层包括胶或涂料。
三、在水箱下部安装预热电热管，所述电热管，一是光波电热管是在石英玻璃管内装碳纤维或金属发热丝，通电后产生红外辐射和热能；二是将半导体发热材料，涂在石英玻璃管内壁表面，形成一层导电膜，并有接线端子通电后会产生红外辐射和热能；其安装方法是水箱直线段两侧焊接带螺纹同轴心的接头12，在接头12孔内安装金属或非金属套管19，套管外有密封件13用螺帽15将密封件压紧，确保水箱密封；也可在水箱直线段两侧焊接带法兰的接头12，其孔中装金属或非金属套管19，套管外有密封件13，用压紧盖15将密封件压紧，确保水箱不漏水；并在金属或非金属套管19内安装电热管6。

下面结合附图进行说明，附图中：外壳1、冷水进水管2、热水出水管3、大法兰盖密封件4、控制器5、电热管6(直通光波电热管6-1、盲孔光波电热管6-2、金属电热管6-3)、热交换器7、水箱8、水箱上部半圆形端面的孔9、测温或限温器安装管10、法兰盖11、有螺纹的接头或带法兰的接头12、密封件13、洩压阀14、螺帽或盖15、太阳能集热板或集热器16、水流过时即加热水的器具18、金属或非金属套管19、空气20。
图1图2中，在法兰盖11上安装有水流过时即加热水的器具18，或安装有水流过时即加热水的器具18和热交换器7的2根进出液管，在水箱8下部两侧焊接同轴心的有螺纹的接头或带法兰的接头12，其内孔中安装有金属或非金属套管19，在套管19内孔空气20中安装直通形或盲孔形电热管6。
所述法兰盖11上安装有热交换器7和水流过即加热水的器具18，是可将盖和二个组件，组成一个部件，安装方便；所述水流过即加热水的器具18，是放水时，必通过18，电热管会通电对流过的水再加热一次，可增加水箱8产生热水量；器具18中，可以装金属电热管6-3，图中未示出，也在本专利保护之内。
由于水箱8上端装直径很大法兰的口，可对水箱焊缝涂防护胶或涂料，也可在水箱的焊缝外表面处涂胶或涂料，并粘贴玻璃纤维带，以防漏水。

1.大法兰盖金属水箱太阳能热水器，水箱上部半圆形端面上有孔(9)其上有法兰盖(11)，其特征在于：法兰盖(11)上安装有水流过时即加热水的注入式器具(18)或安装水流过时即加热水的注入式器具(18)和热交换器(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述大法兰盖金属水箱太阳能热水器，其特征在于：水箱(8)下部两侧焊接有同轴心的有螺纹的接头或带法兰的接头(12)，其内孔中安装金属或非金属套管(19)，在套管(19)内孔空气(20)中，安装电热管(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述大法兰盖金属水箱太阳能热水器，其特征在于：水箱(8)内焊缝处涂有防护胶或涂料，在水箱(8)外焊缝表面涂有防护胶或涂料，并粘贴玻璃纤维带。
