断路器，是防止意外发生非金属外壳电热管的外壳裂纹、漏水时电热丝仍在通电工作时，即刻使电热管断电的安全保护元件，是安装在二端有引出棒的直通式非金属外壳电热管或一端有引出棒的盲孔非金属外壳电热管的二端或一端或最容易感知出水的部位，当探测到电热管外壳裂纹、漏水时，在即刻通知控制电路切断电热管的电源；所述断路器是一端为二根裸体并隔离绝缘的金属件(12-1)，通过二根金属连接线(12-2)，另一端与控制电路板(12-4)的控制元件相连接。

本发明涉及电热水器及所有相关水加热装置，主要涉及非金属外壳电热管的漏水断电保护。
背景技术
现有广东顺德光晟电器股份有限公司，已申请近400项光波加热专利技术，全部采用非金属外壳电热管完全浸泡在水中末加热水，并且已通过国家检测达到II类电器安全标准，尽管耐1100℃高温的石英玻璃管在水中加热时，无论如何也决不会破裂，可是万一之万一非金属管破裂，电热管仍在通电则会产生漏电的危险，必须克服。
发明内容
本发明的目的是防止意外发生非金属外壳电热管的外壳裂纹、漏水，电热丝仍在通电工作时，即刻使电热管断电，电路完全停止工作，且不能重新启动。
本发明的技术措施是在二端有引出棒的直通式非金属外壳电热管或一端有引出棒的盲孔非金属外壳电热管的二端或一端，或最容易感知出水部位，安装一个或以上断路器12，当探测到电热管的外壳玻璃裂纹、漏水时，此时断路器在0.1秒内即刻通知控制电路，切断电热管的电源。
所述断路器12是一端为二根裸体并隔离绝缘的金属件12-1，通过二根金属连接线12-2，另一端与控制电热板12-4的控制元件相连接。
本发明的有益效果是电热水器及所有相关采用非金属外壳电热管加热水的装置，由于装有断路器12，万一非金属外壳裂纹漏水，会在0.1秒内切断电热管的电源，确保万无一失。

具体实施方式

图1至图8是电热水器及所有相关水加热装置中所采用的非金属外壳电热管，分为二类：一是图1、图2、图7、图8是非金属外壳内装有电热管，所述电热管9是碳纤维管或卤素管或非金属外壳电热管或干烧电热管；二是图3至图6是非金属外壳内有电热丝，所述电热丝3是装在非金属管内的空气中干烧。
图9、图10是断路器12，由一端为二根裸体并隔离绝缘的金属件12-1、金属连接线12-2、连接线的非金属包皮12-3、线路板12-4、接线端子12-5构成；线路板上安装有控制元件，接线端子通过线路板与控制元件相连接；图10裸体金属件12-1上制有弹性夹。
图11是安装实施例盲孔非金属外壳电热管11斜置，是通过安装座18装在法兰17上再安装水箱内(水箱未示出)，盲孔管8敞开一端装有断路器12，断路器另一端与线路板12-4相连接。

1.断路器，其特征在于：断路器是安装在二端有引出棒的直通式非金属外壳电热管或一端有引出棒的盲孔非金属外壳电热管的二端或一端或最容易感知出水的部位，当探测到电热管外壳裂纹、漏水时，即刻通知控制电路切断电热管的电源；所述断路器是一端为二根裸体并隔离绝缘的金属件(12-1)，通过二根金属连接线(12-2)，另一端与控制电路板(12-4)的控制元件相连接。
