技术领域
本实用新型涉及清理钢渣装置技术领域,尤其是一种广泛应用于塑料管材生产行业的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽。
背景技术
管材由冷却定型装置出来时,并没有完全冷却到室温,如果不继续冷却,在其壁厚径向方向存在的温度梯度会使原来冷却的表层温度上升,引起变形,因此必须继续冷却,排出余热。这时冷却水槽就承担此项任务,使管材尽可能冷却到室温。现有的冷却水槽结构复杂,适用于直径小于100mm的管材冷却,由于水的浮力,对于管径较大的管材冷却不均匀,管材易弯曲。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,冷却效果好的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,包括水槽体,水槽体上方铰链连接有上盖,水槽体和上盖之间设有金属压盖分隔,金属压盖外缘设有密封垫圈;所述水槽体侧壁安装有浸没在水中的真空定径套,水槽体内置有喷水管,喷水管位于管材上方;所述水槽体通过管路连接有水环式真空泵,水环式真空泵通过管路连接至喷水管形成循环管路。
进一步地,所述的上盖上安装有检测水槽体内真空度的真空表。
进一步地,所述的管材穿过真空定径套和水槽体后连接有牵引机。
进一步地,所述的上盖上表面安装有手柄。
进一步地,所述的水槽体侧壁开有便于观察水槽体内部情况的视窗。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,使用同一机头口模,可通过选择不同直径的定径套及控制真空度来使管坯膨胀和缩小,而获得不同直径的管子;管材冷却充分、由于毛细管作用,水在定径套和管子之间起润滑作用,从而减小摩擦力,管材表面光洁,引管容易,牵引力小,使用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。
如图1所示的一种塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,包括水槽体1,水槽体1上方铰链连接有上盖6,水槽体1和上盖6之间设有金属压盖9分隔,金属压盖9外缘设有密封垫圈4;水槽体1侧壁通过法兰固定有浸没在水中的真空定径套3,水槽体1内置有喷水管7,喷水管7位于管材2上方;水槽体1通过管路连接有水环式真空泵10,水环式真空泵10通过管路连接至喷水管7形成循环管路。
上盖6上安装有检测水槽体1内真空度的真空表5;管材2穿过真空定径套3和水槽体1后连接有牵引机11;上盖6上表面安装有手柄8;水槽体1侧壁开有视窗。
工作时,管材2穿过真空定径套3并浸没在水中,开启水环式真空泵10抽真空,使抽出的水、空气混合物的流量比水槽的流量大,从而形成300mm水银柱的真空。大气压就把管材2外壁压向真空定径套3的内壁,从而被冷却、初步定型;管材2进入水槽中,在管材2内部大气压的作用下继续冷却,同时喷水管7喷淋管材2,加速冷却。
这种塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽结构简单,设计合理,使用同一机头口模,可通过选择不同直径的定径套及控制真空度来使管坯膨胀和缩小,而获得不同直径的管子;管材冷却充分、由于毛细管作用,水在定径套和管子之间起润滑作用,从而减小摩擦力,管材表面光洁,引管容易,牵引力小,使用范围广。

1.一种塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,其特征在于:包括水槽体(1),水槽体(1)上方铰链连接有上盖(6),水槽体(1)和上盖(6)之间设有金属压盖(9)分隔,金属压盖(9)外缘设有密封垫圈(4);所述水槽体(1)侧壁安装有浸没在水中的真空定径套(3),水槽体(1)内置有喷水管(7),喷水管(7)位于管材(2)上方;所述水槽体(1)通过管路连接有水环式真空泵(10),水环式真空泵(10)通过管路连接至喷水管(7)形成循环管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述的上盖(6)上安装有检测水槽体(1)内真空度的真空表(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述的管材(2)穿过真空定径套(3)和水槽体(1)后连接有牵引机(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述的上盖(6)上表面安装有手柄(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑管挤出成型用冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述的水槽体(1)侧壁开有视窗。
