所述的第二夹持块31的侧壁为圆弧面312。其圆弧面312的设置能够使得第二夹持块31与灯饰支架4相抵触时，能够压动灯饰支架4更加的顺畅，并且不会损伤灯饰支架4表面，能够对灯饰支架4进行有效的保护。其第二夹持块31可以由夹持柱311和套设置在夹持柱上的旋转轴承构成，其夹持柱311竖直固定在旋转盘上，其旋转设置在夹持柱311上的旋转轴承侧壁就能够成可以灯饰支架4相抵触的圆弧面312，这样其圆弧面312也能够实现旋转，能够与灯饰支架4产生滚动摩擦，更有利于对灯饰支架4的保护。
人们在将灯饰支架4卡入固定柱11的固定卡槽111内后，其一端就能够进入到夹持槽21内，这样人们就能够握住旋转套筒221，通过操作杆22旋动旋转盘2，使得人们更加轻松省力的完成对灯饰支架4的弯折工作。
其操作杆22在旋转盘2半径延长线上，其旋转套筒221是竖直设置在操作杆22上的，这样就能够大大方便人们对旋转盘2的操作。
其旋转盘2的中心还设有与固定柱11相对应的旋转孔2323，这样就能够使得旋转盘2能够设置在固定底盘1上的固定柱11上，并且以固定柱11为旋转中心实现旋转工作。
