技术领域
本实用新型涉及防石漆的技术领域，尤其涉及一种仿石漆生产装置。
背景技术
仿石漆是一种装饰效果酷似大理石、花岗石的厚质外墙装饰涂料。主要采用各种颜色的天然石粉配制而成，多用于制造建筑外墙的仿石效果，因此又称液态石。仿石漆具有防火、防水、耐酸碱、耐污染。无毒、无味、粘接力强，永不褪色等特点，能有效地阻止外界恶劣环境对建筑物侵蚀，延长建筑物的寿命，由于仿石漆具备良好的附着力和耐冻融性能，因此特别适合在寒冷地区使用。仿石漆施工简便，易干省时，施工方便等优点。
仿石漆，又称为仿石涂料，是用涂料仿石材，仿做天然石材，其效果形象生动，论是质感，还是色彩都接近天然石材，只是在硬度上略有欠缺，仿石漆包括：真石漆，仿砂岩漆，仿大理石漆，仿风化石漆，仿法国木纹石，仿玛瑙石，仿玉石，仿花岗岩漆，仿洞石漆等等，仿石漆是艺术涂料中，制作难度非常大的一类涂料，在现有技术生产装置中，或采用人工搅拌，或采用简易的设备制漆，导致搅拌效果不佳，进而影响最终产品的品质。
有鉴于此，本发明人研究和设计了一种仿石漆生产装置，本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种仿石漆生产装置，通过带搅拌子及刀头的搅拌器，以解决现有技术搅拌效果不佳及不易粉碎的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种仿石漆生产装置，包括罐体、搅拌器及电机，所述罐体包括进料口及出料口，所述进料口设于所述罐体顶盖，所述出料口设于所述罐体底部，所述搅拌器包括搅拌轴、搅拌子及刀头，所述搅拌轴设于所述罐体的中心，所述搅拌子呈杆状，若干所述搅拌子以螺旋环绕的方式设于所述搅拌轴上，所述刀头设于所述搅拌轴的底端，所述电机设于所述罐体顶端且与所述搅拌轴连接。
作为实施例的优选方式，所述刀头呈圆形，所述刀头中心设有通孔，所述搅拌轴的底端设于所述通孔中，所述刀头的圆周上环设有刀片，所述刀片上下交替排列。
作为实施例的优选方式，所述刀头的直径为所述罐体直径的1/3-1/2。
作为实施例的优选方式，所述刀头与所述罐体底部之间的距离为所述罐体高度的1/3-1/2。
由于本实用新型一种仿石漆生产装置采用了上述的技术方案，即包括罐体、搅拌器及电机，所述罐体包括进料口及出料口，所述进料口设于所述罐体顶盖，所述出料口设于所述罐体底部，所述搅拌器包括搅拌轴、搅拌子及刀头，所述搅拌轴设于所述罐体的中心，所述搅拌子呈杆状，若干所述搅拌子以螺旋环绕的方式设于所述搅拌轴上，所述刀头设于所述搅拌轴的底端，所述电机设于所述罐体顶端且与所述搅拌轴连接；使得本实用新型通过杆状的搅拌子可以起到很好地搅拌效果，另一方面通过刀头可以对质地坚硬的石料进行粉碎，因此本实用新型可以起到兼具搅拌及粉碎的有益效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型揭示了一种仿石漆生产装置，包括罐体1、搅拌器2及电机3，所述罐体1包括进料口11及出料口12，所述进料口11设于所述罐体1顶盖，所述出料口12设于所述罐体1底部，所述搅拌器2包括搅拌轴21、搅拌子22及刀头23，所述搅拌轴21设于所述罐体1的中心，所述搅拌子22呈杆状，若干所述搅拌子22以螺旋环绕的方式设于所述搅拌轴2上，所述刀头23设于所述搅拌轴21的底端，所述电机3设于所述罐体1顶端且与所述搅拌轴21连接。
作为实施例的优选方式，如图2所示，所述刀头23呈圆形，所述刀头中心设有通孔231，所述搅拌轴21的底端设于所述通孔231中，所述刀头的圆周上环设有刀片232，所述刀片232上下交替排列。
作为实施例的优选方式，所述刀头23的直径为所述罐体1直径的1/3-1/2。
作为实施例的优选方式，所述刀头23与所述罐体1底部之间的距离为所述罐体1高度的1/3-1/2。
使用本实用新型技术方案时，将彩石、乳液、杀菌剂、水、分散剂及树脂等由进料口装入罐体中，启动电机后，电机带动搅拌轴旋转，设于搅拌轴底部的刀头对混合料进行打碎，而设于搅拌轴中部的杆状搅拌子则对打碎后的混合料再进行搅拌，进行充分打碎搅拌后，停止电机，最终得到的产品仿石漆由罐体出料口排出。

1.一种仿石漆生产装置，其特征在于：包括罐体、搅拌器及电机，所述罐体包括进料口及出料口，所述进料口设于所述罐体顶盖，所述出料口设于所述罐体底部，所述搅拌器包括搅拌轴、搅拌子及刀头，所述搅拌轴设于所述罐体的中心，所述搅拌子呈杆状，若干所述搅拌子以螺旋环绕的方式设于所述搅拌轴上，所述刀头设于所述搅拌轴的底端，所述电机设于所述罐体顶端且与所述搅拌轴连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆生产装置，其特征在于：所述刀头呈圆形，所述刀头中心设有通孔，所述搅拌轴的底端设于所述通孔中，所述刀头的圆周上环设有刀片，所述刀片上下交替排列。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆生产装置，其特征在于：所述刀头的直径为所述罐体直径的1/3-1/2。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆生产装置，其特征在于：所述刀头与所述罐体底部之间的距离为所述罐体高度的1/3-1/2。
