本实用新型公开了一种可拆卸式保温气囊,其解决了化学品及水在寒冷环境下冷冻结冰从而无法使用的问题。该可拆卸式保温气囊是由若干个单元气囊依次对接而成的气囊体,该气囊体上设置有一个或多个进气口,在相邻的单元气囊的拼接处分别设置有子扣和母扣,相邻的单元气囊通过子扣和母扣实现转动连接,每个单元气囊是由第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料熔融粘结而成,在第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料之间设有拉筋,在相邻的单元气囊之间设置有通气管,通气管用于将相邻的单元气囊连通并平稳气囊中的气压。本实用新型可拆卸式保温气囊可以快速拆卸组装方便运输,其材料可以循环使用节约成本。

本实用新型属于气囊技术领域,具体涉及一种方便运输可以快速拆卸组装,适用各种环境且可以耐酸碱浓液的气囊。
背景技术
随着当今世界科学技术的飞速发展,作为很多工业生产的原料,化学品以及水的使用和存放应运而生。化学工业的使用越来越向大型化的水平发展,比如一些煤制气、煤化工和油田油井的压裂等项目越来越多,从而对化学品及水的使用需求越来越大,化学品及水的大量使用和后期的溶液处理不可避免的会有渗漏,注定会造成环境的污染。而现在国家对环境保护的要求越来越严格,从而化学品及水的使用、储存、和使用后的溶液处理储存成为重中之重。现在我国大规模的化工项目和油田都位于天气寒冷的北方,北方冬季气温最低可达到40摄氏度左右,水资源会迅速的结冰并且会越来越厚无法使用,对于使用大量水资源的生产项目来说甚至会造成生产停止,这对巨额投资带来严重困惑。那么在化学品及水使用大量的现在,化学品及水怎么才能有效的储存和防结冰等问题,已成为一个需待解决的技术问题。
现有技术中水通常是现场敞天储存,没有保温设施,在零下几十度的环境下冷冻结冰无法使用,其耗费人力和物力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可拆卸式保温气囊,其解决了化学品及水在寒冷环境下冷冻结冰从而无法使用的问题,本实用新型气囊方便快速使用和拆除,适用各种环境且耐酸碱浓液。
一种可拆卸式保温气囊,其包括若干个单元气囊依次对接而成的气囊体,所述气囊体上设置有一个或多个进气口,在相邻的单元气囊的拼接处分别设置有子扣和母扣,相邻的单元气囊通过所述子扣和母扣实现转动连接,每个单元气囊是由第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料熔融粘结而成,在第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料之间设有拉筋,所述第一防渗材料、第二防渗材料均是由依次排布并粘结在一起的第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层组成,其中,第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层均由高分子材料制成;在相邻的单元气囊之间设置有通气管,所述通气管用于将相邻的单元气囊连通并平稳气囊中的气压。
作为本实用新型的一个优选方案,上述第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料的厚度为0.3-2.0mm。
作为本实用新型的另一个优选方案,上述进气口处与氮气管或空气管接通。
优选的,上述气囊体为圆形或方形。
本实用新型所带来的有益技术效果:
本实用新型可拆卸式保温气囊,其由若干个单元气囊对接而成,因此,本实用新型可拆卸式保温气囊可以快速拆卸组装方便运输,其材料可以循环使用节约成本;相邻的单元气囊之间通过子扣和母扣实现转动连接,子扣和母扣的连接快捷方便,只需将子扣插入母扣之间即可完成连接,将可拆卸式保温气囊设计为圆形,可拆卸的气囊组合为一个整体,可以承受液体的压力,可以防止液面冷冻结冰。
每个单元气囊由第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料高温粘接而成,并且在第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料之间设有拉筋,从而使得可拆卸式保温气囊充气后保持在一个水平面上,第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料是由三层结构的防渗层组成,其中每层防渗层均采用高分子材料,其具有耐化学品腐蚀性与抗渗滤性,能有效地阻止化学物质等有害物的渗透,而且材料还具有良好的抗开裂性能,在恒定拉伸负荷应力开裂的情况下,此性能能够有效地阻止防渗材料的应力开裂。
本实用新型第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料通过熔融焊接的方式结合在一起,形成同一个整体,不容易裂开,可以适用在任何恶劣的环境下。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提出了一种可拆卸式保温气囊,为了使本实用新型的优点、技术方案更加清楚、明确,下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步清楚、完整的说明。
结合图1所示,本实用新型可拆卸式保温气囊,其是由若干个单元气囊1依次排布而成的气囊体,如图2所示,本实施例优选气囊体为圆形,根据实际情况也可为方形等,每个单元气囊的形状、大小有部分相同,部分不同,该可拆卸式保温气囊尤其适用于冬季对于化学品及水大量使用时储存的区域,该可拆卸式保温气囊可快速组装并拆卸,在相邻的单元气囊之间通过子扣和母扣快速连接,如在气囊的一条侧边上设置有子扣,与其预相连的气囊的一条侧边上设置有母扣2,将子扣3插入母扣2之间,将相邻的气囊组装在一起,然后上面加盖使其隐藏呈一条直线。
为了增加可拆卸式保温气囊的抗压能力,也可优选在安装好的可拆卸式保温气囊的上部区域围设钢丝,进一步对可拆卸式保温气囊进行加固,也可在可拆卸式保温气囊的的内部空间设置拉筋并填充保温材料。
每个单元气囊由第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料熔融焊接而成,这两种材料均为耐酸碱溶液的防渗材料,第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料由依次排布并粘结在一起的第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层组成,其中,第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层均是采用高分子材料制成的,如聚氯乙烯,并且,第一防渗层中添加有黑色母粒,添加黑色母粒后的第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料颜色为黑色,更耐晒耐用。
由于可拆卸式保温气囊的底部与水或酸碱溶液或腐蚀液接触时间较长,因此,优选气囊的第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料的厚度范围为0.3-2mm,该范围厚度的第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料经久耐用。
上述可拆卸式保温气囊的主要用途就是向其中充入气体,优选充入氮气或空气,根据充入气体的量,可在气囊的顶部设置一个或多个进气口,多个进气口进气速度较快,充入气体后,通过与该进气口配合的盖体将进气口密封。
上述可拆卸式保温气囊的使用方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1、首先将其中的一个单元气囊固定好,并将其带有子扣的一侧与带有母扣的另一侧分别与相邻的单元气囊对接,在母扣与子扣的对接处加盖;
步骤2、按照步骤1方式依次对其它单元气囊进行组装,组装为一个气囊体,该气囊体的形状根据实际需求可有多种;
步骤3、通过进气口向组装完成的圆形气囊体内充气,充气过程中,相邻单元气囊之间的通气管,可以平稳气囊中气压,均匀充气上升,充气完成后,密封进气口。
第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料均通过热熔焊接的方式结合在一起,形成同一个整体,不容易裂开,耐腐蚀性也强。
需要说明的是,在本说明书的教导下本领域技术人员所做出的任何等同方式,或明显变型方式均应在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种可拆卸式保温气囊,其特征在于:其包括若干个单元气囊依次对接而成的气囊体,所述气囊体上设置有一个或多个进气口,在相邻的单元气囊的拼接处分别设置有子扣和母扣,相邻的单元气囊通过所述子扣和母扣实现转动连接,每个单元气囊是由第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料熔融粘结而成,在第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料之间设有拉筋,所述第一防渗材料、第二防渗材料均是由依次排布并粘结在一起的第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层组成,其中,第一防渗层、第二防渗层和第三防渗层均由高分子材料制成;在相邻的单元气囊之间设置有通气管,所述通气管用于将相邻的单元气囊连通并平稳气囊中的气压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式保温气囊,其特征在于:所述第一防渗材料和第二防渗材料的厚度为0.3-2.0mm。
