如附图1、2所示的本实用新型所述的一种大型公共场所配套灭火装置，包括设置在场所地面上，且由场所内部向出口方向延伸的导轨1；所述导轨1上设有可沿导轨1移动的高压水箱2；所述高压水箱2上设有数个自动伸缩式喷水柱3；在所述高压水箱2内设有实现喷水柱3旋转的控制组件。当发生火灾时，启动高压水箱2，喷水柱3伸开长臂，在控制组件的带动下不断转动，高压水箱内的水通过喷水柱向外不停的喷洒水，形成一水喷洒区域，给人们形成庇护的同时不断向出口行走，有效的将火灾对经济和人身造成的危害降低到最低程度，获得宝贵的逃生和救援时间。
高压水箱2通过管线与消防水相连，实现原原不断的供水。
伸缩式喷水柱3具有三个，其中两个对称倾斜设置在高压水箱2的两侧；控制该装置自重的同时，形成一较大的喷洒庇护区域。
为在浓浓烟雾中，方便人们及时发现该喷洒庇护区，在高压水箱上还设有烟雾灯4和报警器5。
