本实用新型提供一种铅酸蓄电池负极板板栅,板栅包括极耳和框架,改进之处在于框架由铝合金筋条和导电碳纤维毡焊合后构成,极耳露在外,所述导电碳纤维毡为聚丙烯腈基碳毡,克重为100~150g/㎡.mm。该板栅用铅量小,有利于减重和环保,尤其是制作负极板时,导电碳纤维毡中的碳纤维与活性物质结合紧密,接触面积大,电阻小,活性物质利用率高,充电接收好,硫酸盐化得到克服,有效提高电池的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,特别是负极板板栅结构,属于铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池凭借其优良的性能价格比,广泛地应用在备用电源、能量储备和动力电源等领域。
尽管铅酸蓄电池技术已相当成熟,但铅酸蓄电池还存在不足,特别是电池寿命不长。负极活性物质的硫酸盐化是电池常见的一种寿命终止的失效模式,这种失效模式与负极长期充电不足有着非常密切的关系,而板栅结构有着直接影响。现有负极板栅包括极耳与框架,皆为铅合金材质,板栅与活性物质结合面小,电阻大,活性物质充电接收能力差,影响电池使用寿命。而且,现有板栅用铅量大,不利于减轻重量和环境保护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构新颖、增强活性物质充电接收能力,提高电池使用寿命,并且耗铅量少,减小环境污染的铅酸蓄电池负极板板栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池负极板板栅,包括极耳和框架,其改进之处是所述框架由铅合金筋条和导电碳纤维毡组合后构成。
所述导电碳纤维毡为聚丙烯腈基碳毡,该碳毡克重为100~150g/㎡.mm;所述极耳和铅合金筋条材质为铅锡合金或铅钙锡铝合金或其它铅合金,铅合金筋条间距6~20mm,纵横交错成矩形或菱形;所述铅合金筋条和导电碳纤维毡焊合成一体,铅合金筋条镶嵌在导电碳纤维毡上,所述极耳露在外。
本实用新型中,由导电碳纤维毡部分替代传统板栅的铅合金筋条,两者焊合成整体,使原有铅合金筋条的厚度、粗细和疏密度相应减小后,用铅量小,板栅重量减轻,而强度、刚度并不降低甚至增强。所述导电碳纤维毡由无数缠绕交织的聚丙烯腈类短纤维或其它碳纤维制成,内填活性物质与上述纤维紧密结合在一起,距离很近,接触面积大。电池充放电时,铅合金筋条与碳纤维之间,碳纤维与活性物质之间接触电阻小,活性物质充电接收好,负极硫酸盐化得到克服,继而提高电池使用寿命。板栅用铅量的减少有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
参见附图,导电碳纤维毡1与铅合金筋条2焊合成一体,筋条2镶嵌在纤维毡1上,极耳3露在外(如图1),本例中,导电碳纤维毡为聚丙烯腈类碳毡,克重为120g/㎡.mm,厚度取2~4mm,由缠绕交织的聚丙烯腈类短纤维压制而成。极耳和铅合金筋条为铅锡合金材质,筋条2交错成矩形(如图2),纵向间距8mm,横向间距15mm,厚度取2~4mm。板栅尺寸为[厚*宽*高(总高)]3*146*130(150),或筋条4交错成菱形(如图3)。利用本实用新型生产的负极板替代原有电池的负极板组装成数只12V60Ah(L2)起动型电池,电池重量下降了近一公斤,按PrEN50342-6和FORD-RW两种标准进行DCA性能测试,结果如下:
从数据上看,碳纤维板栅铅酸蓄电池充电接收能力较原有电池大幅度提升,比目前公认的充电接收能力较好的卷绕式电池还好,电池放电后能很快充足电,极板长期亏电盐化影响寿命的问题得到有效解决。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池负极板板栅,包括极耳和框架,其特征是所述框架由铅合金筋条和导电碳纤维毡组合后构成,所述导电碳纤维毡为聚丙烯腈基碳毡,该碳毡克重为100~150g/㎡.mm,所述极耳和铅合金筋条材质为铅锡合金或铅钙锡铝合金或其它铅合金,铅合金筋条间距6~20mm,纵横交错成矩形或菱形,所述铅合金筋条和导电碳纤维毡焊合成一体,铅合金筋条镶嵌在导电碳纤维毡上,所述极耳露在外。
