Abstract

一种挡卡，属于机械紧固件，是防止轴或者销上 元件发生轴向运动的装置。挡卡后部系锁紧片，状如 开口垫圈；前部系辅助片，状如倒置的开口垫圈。使 用时将锁紧片卡入轴或者销的端槽内，辅助片套在轴 或者销的外圆上，就能起到弹性挡圈和开口挡圈的作 用。这种挡卡具有限位可靠、装卸方便、抗轴向力大 等优点，适用于强烈振动的器件。

Description

一种挡卡，属于机械紧固件，是防止轴或者销上的元件发生轴向运动的装置。
现有防止轴或者销上元件发生轴向运动的装置有弹性挡圈和开口挡圈。这两种挡圈存在着装卸不够方便、限位不大可靠、抗轴向力欠大的缺点。
本实用新型之目的在于提供一种装卸方便、限位可靠、抗轴向力大的轴或者销的端部的限位件。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作详细的描述。
图1是挡卡的主视图；
图2是挡卡的左视图；
图3是与挡卡配合的轴的主视图；
图4是挡卡装在轴端的示意图。
上述各图中：1－－挡 卡；2－－锁紧片r；3－－辅助片R；4－－锁紧片；5－－辅助片；6－－轴；7－－轴端槽外径d1；8－－轴外径d0。
如图1、图2所示，挡卡（1）采用长方形金属板材整体冲压、对折成型。其后部系锁紧片（4），状如开口垫圈，半径r（2）是与挡卡（1）相配的轴（6）或者销的端槽的外径d1（7）的一半，开口处有肩突；其前部系辅助片（5），状如倒置的开口垫圈，半径R（3）是与挡卡（1）相配合的轴（6）或者销的外径d0（8）的一半。与挡卡（1）相配合的轴（6）的主视图如图3所示。然后，挡卡（1）经过热处理和表面处理。
挡卡（1）使用的时候，首先要将辅助片（5）扳向轴（6）或者销的端面，让锁紧片（4）对准轴（6）或者销的端槽，用手一压，使锁紧片（4）卡在端槽内；然后将辅助片（5）套在轴（6）或者销的外圆上，如图4所示。取下挡卡（1）时，先要将辅助片（5）扳向轴（6）或者销的端面，使辅助片（5）从轴（6）或者销的外圆上卸下来；然后将锁紧片（4）从轴（6）或者销的端槽中拔出来。无论装还是卸，均不需任何工具。
挡卡（1）可以制成系列产品，可以实现标准化。
由于挡卡（1）除了锁紧片（4）外，还有辅助片（5），所以限位可靠性提高了，装卸方便了，抗轴向力也随之增大了。挡卡（1）广泛应用于机械、电气、纺织等行业，尤其适用于强烈振动的器件。
本实用新型的一个实施例是：金属板材的材料为65Mn，厚度为1.2mm，锁紧片（4）的半径r（2）为4.5mm，辅助片（5）的半径R（3）为12mm，挡卡（1）高度为26mm，宽度为22mm，热处理后硬度HRC48～53，表面氧化处理。

  1. 一种装在轴(6)或者销的端部的挡卡(1)，其特征在于这种挡卡(1)整体冲压、对折成型，其后部系锁紧片(4)，状如开口垫圈，半径r(2)是轴(6)或者销的端槽的外径d1(7)的一半，开口处有肩突；其前部系辅助片(5)，状如倒置的开口垫圈，半径R(3)是轴(6)或者销的外径d0(8)的一半。
