本实用新型属于化工领域，具体为一种水泥生产车间的熟料收尘装置。
背景技术
在水泥的生产流程中，烧成车间是非常重要的一环，是以石灰石、粘土、铁质原料为主要原料，按照适当比例配置成生料，高温煅烧至全部或部分熔融，并经冷却获得半成品，为水泥熟料。
水泥熟料冷却后，一般会暂存于熟料库中，后续生产流程中需要时从熟料库底部外放提取，为了方便放料和运输，放料口一般设置在空中，放料时会产生大量扬尘，带来严重的粉尘污染，危害现场工作人员的身体健康，又造成熟料的大量浪费。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外放熟料沉降罩，以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出的技术方案为：
外放熟料沉降罩，设置在熟料库的放料口处，包括下端开口的方形收尘罩，所述收尘罩设置在放料口下端并与放料口连通，在收尘罩的上方还设置有与抽尘罩连通的抽尘管，抽尘管与风机连通。
在本实用新型中，所述收尘罩的侧面为4块或8块缓冲板，缓冲板的顶端固定在收尘罩的边缘。
进一步的，所述缓冲板为柔韧材料板，相邻的缓冲板之间无连接，通过自重搭靠在一起。
进一步的，所述缓冲板的下端略向内翘曲。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单，容易改造，不需要太高成本，即可完成设备的改造过程；收尘效果好，能有效的降低熟料落下时的扬尘；抽尘效果好，能有效将熟料中的小颗粒收集起来以备用，进一步减少扬尘，防止熟料浪费，节约资源。

参见图1所示的外放熟料沉降罩，包括下端开口的方形收尘罩4，设置在熟料库1的放料口2处，放料口2设置在收尘罩4的顶端，所述收尘罩4的侧面为8块缓冲板5，缓冲板5为橡胶等柔韧材料制成的平板，其下端略向内翘曲，缓冲板5的顶端固定在收尘罩4的边缘，相邻的缓冲板5之间通过自重搭靠在一起，所述收尘罩4的上方还设置有抽尘管3，抽尘管3与风机连通。
在本实用新型中，熟料库1外放水泥熟料时，卡车移动到放料口2的正下方，水泥熟料从放料口2泄出，大块或较大颗粒的水泥熟料直接落下，小颗粒的水泥熟料粉尘由放料口2上方的抽尘管3抽走备用，在水泥熟料下落过程中，相互之间的碰撞使之飞溅撞击到收尘罩4的缓冲板5上，则会顺着缓冲板5落下，而不会扬尘或飞溅的到处都是。
因此，本实用新型结构简单，容易改造，收尘效果好，减少扬尘，防止物料浪费，节约资源。

1.外放熟料沉降罩，其特征在于，设置在熟料库的放料口处，包括下端开口的方形收尘罩，所述收尘罩设置在放料口下端并与放料口连通，在收尘罩的上方还设置有与抽尘罩连通的抽尘管，抽尘管与风机连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外放熟料沉降罩，其特征在于，所述收尘罩的侧面为4块或8块缓冲板，缓冲板的顶端固定在收尘罩的边缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外放熟料沉降罩，其特征在于，所述缓冲板为柔韧材料板，相邻的缓冲板之间无连接，通过自重搭靠在一起。
