Abstract

本实用新型涉及太阳能发电用汇流箱,具体为一种光伏电站防暑汇流箱,解决了现有汇流箱存在易老化造成使用寿命缩短的问题。光伏电站防暑汇流箱,包括箱体,箱体的底部设置有下表面涂成白色的底板,箱体左右两侧壁上开有叶片斜向下倾斜的百叶窗,且百叶窗的窗口处设置有防尘纱,箱体的侧壁及顶板外表面均设置有铝膜反光层。本实用新型结构设计合理可靠,减弱了阳光及安装基面对汇流箱的热辐射,而且改善了汇流箱内的透气散热性能,同时保证了箱内电气元件的正常升温,降低线路阻抗损耗,进而延长汇流箱内器件的使用寿命,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能发电用汇流箱,具体为一种光伏电站防暑汇流箱。
背景技术
利用太阳能发电的每块光伏元件,所发电压、电流微小,必须将多块联接后才能达到额定的电压电流。若干光伏元件组成的光伏电池板的最佳接线方式,是将汇集所发直流电的汇流箱置于光伏板的底边。汇流箱里汇集了大量导线和塑料制得的接线元器件。
目前,汇流箱受阳光辐射暴晒,地面受安装基面的反射熏烤,加之密不透风,致使箱内闷热,器件过电温度升高,电阻温度系数增加,导致阻抗损失增加,而且器件高温容易老化,使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有汇流箱存在易老化造成使用寿命缩短的问题,提供了一种光伏电站防暑汇流箱。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:光伏电站防暑汇流箱,包括箱体,箱体的底部设置有下表面涂成白色的底板,箱体左右两侧壁上开有叶片斜向下倾斜的百叶窗,且百叶窗的窗口处设置有防尘纱,箱体的侧壁及顶板外表面均设置有铝膜反光层。
白色底板的设置,有效减弱了安装基面对汇流箱的热辐射;百叶窗及防尘纱的设置,保证透气降温的同时,进行防尘;铝膜反光层的设置,将日光的热辐射进行反射,克服了现有汇流箱存在易老化造成使用寿命缩短的问题。
本实用新型结构设计合理可靠,减弱了阳光及安装基面对汇流箱的热辐射,而且改善了汇流箱内的透气散热性能,同时保证了箱内电气元件的正常升温,降低线路阻抗损耗,进而延长汇流箱内器件的使用寿命,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
光伏电站防暑汇流箱,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部设置有下表面涂成白色的底板2,箱体1左右两侧壁上开有叶片斜向下倾斜的百叶窗3,且百叶窗3的窗口处设置有防尘纱4,箱体1的侧壁及顶板外表面均设置有铝膜反光层5。
具体实施过程中,汇流箱的宽度为700mm、高度为575mm、厚度为220mm,箱体1前壁开有门扇,箱体1后壁开有导线进出孔。
