本实用新型涉及机械领域，尤其涉及卧式带材复绕机。
背景技术
钢带（铜带）复绕机是电线电缆制造行业生产过程中普遍要用的一个设备。目前各个电缆设备制造厂家生产的钢带（铜带）复绕机一般有立式和卧式两种设备。均采用由一个电机带动主转盘，一个应转盘，主转盘下面有一个齿箱，控制其复绕速度。
该设备主要是将一些生产电缆使用剩下的半盘的同规格的带材经过复倒，然后进行重新利用。减少材料的浪费和因经常换盘造成时间、人力资源的浪费。
然而用在电缆铠装的钢带或屏蔽用的铜带一般对绕包的紧密性和绕包平整性都有严格的要求。我们目前的设备在复绕过程中如果刹车过紧，复绕后的钢带（铜带）无法轻易的将铜、钢带复绕机上取下来，从而浪费了工作人员大量的时间，无法有效提高生产效率；如果叉车过松，因复绕的带材松散、不整齐，从而影响电缆铠装或绕包的紧密性、平整性，而且因复绕松散容易将钢带或铜带损伤，出现翘边、卷边等一系列问题，给电缆后期的制造埋下安全隐患。
实用新型内容
实用新型的目的：为了提供一种效果更好的卧式带材复绕机，具体目的见具体实施部分的多个实质技术效果。
为了达到如上目的，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：
卧式带材复绕机，其特征在于，包含机体，所述机体内部包含电动机，所述电动机朝上分布，朝上分布的电动机伸出的轴上包含动力输出轮，还包含在动力输出轮上的动力带，所述动力带一侧包含转轴，动力带能带动转轴转动，转轴上端为主转盘，还包含位于主转盘边侧的可转动的应转盘，主转盘和应转盘均伸出机体。

所述主转盘下方包含一个液压顶，所述液压顶上方为主转盘整体，液压顶能将主转盘顶起来。本处的技术方案所起到的实质的技术效果及其实现过程为如下：既可以将整体的主转盘整体拖起来，也可以将主转盘设计成活动结构，消除了产品难以从设备上取下的问题，因此可以适当放大应转盘的张力，有效提高复绕质量。所述的主转盘为活动结构，是指主转盘本身可以作为活动的轴，穿过转轴，使得主转盘既能转动，在落下的时候又能被转轴带着转动。无论以上哪种实现方式，都将主转盘的转动部分设计成活动的两个模块，主转盘下面设计一个液压顶，复绕完毕后启动液压顶，将活动转盘顶起。

作为优选，所述主转盘和应转盘直径相同。设备使用更方便，因在设备改造时，将原有的变速齿箱更换成调速电机，在使用时只要控制好电机转速就完全可以。不必调节齿轮的速比。而且设备自身重量也明显降低，有利于运输的搬迁。本实用新型卧式钢带（铜带）复绕机基于电线电缆生产行业对提高产品质量、提高生产效率，在原有带材复绕机工作原理的基础上，通过结构形式的改变，以改进原有设备在使用过程中复绕质量无法保障及无法有效将产品从设备上取下的不足，提高工作效率和产品质量。
开创性地，以上各个效果独立存在，还能用一套结构完成上述结果的结合。
以上结构实现的技术效果实现清晰，如果不考虑附加的技术方案，本专利名称还可以是一种绕制结构。图中未示出部分细节。
