还包括牛肉温度检测装置，所述的牛肉温度检测装置放置在冻块牛肉中间，并且牛肉温度检测装置通过电路与CPU控制装置连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：通过该装置可以使得在解冻牛肉时可以实现温度和时间的可控制，保证了牛肉的质量，本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低，便于大规模推广。

本实用新型的工作原理为：控制面板2输入解冻温度和解冻时间的信息，然后发送到CPU控制装置1处理，结合肉温度检测装置3反馈的信息，然后控制加热装置4、控风装置5、风速检测装置6、吹风口处温度检测装置7，对解冻的温度和风速进行控制，以此控制解冻时间。
通过该装置可以使得在解冻牛肉时可以实现温度和时间的可控制，保证了牛肉的质量，本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低，便于大规模推广。
