本实用新型涉及一种阀,特别涉及一种能让气体单向通过的阀。
背景技术
当向密闭容器注入液体时,需要解决以下问题:在液体注入时,能将容器内气体排出,当液体注满时,又能够自动单向截断,不使液体从排气口流出。而现有阀不能解决此问题,因此需要设计出一种新的通气单向阀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述技术需求而提供一种通气单向阀,其结构简单、能够使气体单向通过。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:通气单向阀,包括阀体、上衬套、下衬套、空心球、限位针,上衬套和下衬套分别装在阀体上下两端,限位针装在下衬套中,空心球装于阀体内腔中部,可在内腔中上下运动,上行至阀体内腔最高位置时密封上衬套出口,下行至限位针时由限位针支撑。
所述下衬套、下衬套和阀体之间用螺纹连接。
所述上衬套、下衬套和外部气、液管路之间用螺纹连接。
所述限位针装在上衬套的径向位置,并采用过盈连接。
本实用新型由于采用了上述通气单向阀,使用时其上衬套和外部密闭容器间用管路连接,当容器内注入液体时,容器中气体通过管路,进入下衬套、阀体,最后通过上衬套排出,由于空心球的重力及限位针的作用,空心球不会上下堵死上衬套或下衬套,因此气体会顺利排出;当容器内液体注满时,液体通过管路进入阀体,由于液体浮力作用,将空心球托起,此时,将出口衬套堵死,使得液体不会流出。因此本实用新型的结构简单,并且能够实现单向排气。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,通气单向阀,包括阀体3、下衬套1、上衬套2、不锈钢空心球4、限位针5。
下衬套1和上衬套2分别装在阀体3两端;不锈钢空心球4装于阀体3中间位置,可上下运动;限位针5装在上衬套2中,可限制不锈钢空心球向下运动。
所述下衬套1和外部密闭容器间用管路连接,当容器内注入液体时,容器中气体通过管路,进入下衬套1、阀体3,最后通过上衬套2排出,由于不锈钢空心球的重力及限位针的作用,不锈钢空心球不会下堵死下衬套1或上堵死上衬套2,因此气体会顺利排出;当容器内液体注满时,液体通过管路进入阀体3,由于液体浮力作用,将不锈钢空心球4托起,此时,不锈钢空心球将堵在出口衬套2的衬套口21上,出口衬套2被堵死,使得液体不会流出。
上述限位针装在衬套1的径向位置,并采用过盈配合,这样能更好地限位不锈钢空心球4。
上述下衬套1、衬套2和阀体3之间最好用螺纹连接,这样方便连接。
上述衬套1、衬套2和外部气、液管路之间用螺纹连接,这样方便连接。

1.通气单向阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、上衬套、下衬套、空心球、限位针,上衬套和下衬套分别装在阀体上下两端,限位针装在下衬套中,空心球装于阀体内腔中部,可在内腔中上下运动,上行至阀体内腔最高位置时密封上衬套出口,下行至限位针时由限位针支撑。

3.根据权利要求1所述的通气单向阀,其特征在于:所述限位针装在下衬套的径向位置,并采用过盈配合。
