技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种布袋除尘器，尤其涉及一种由气缸、壳体、阀板和定位轴组成的布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置。
背景技术
目前，市场上公开了这样一种布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，其结构特点是：包括气缸、壳体、阀板和定位轴，气缸置于壳体上，气缸杆穿过壳体通过已安装在壳体内的阀板与定位轴连接，由于，气缸杆与阀板为刚性连接，当连接精度较差时，不能将离线分室的通风口有效闭合，又由于，阀板又与壳体内底部刚性接触，当阀板或壳体内底部较不平整或因高温而变形时，同样也不能将离线分室的通风口有效闭合，因此，易造成因阀门不密封使清灰袋室产生负压，粉尘会二次吸附在滤袋表面，影响清灰效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能将离线分室的口有效闭合的布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，包括气缸、壳体和阀板，气缸设置在壳体上，气缸穿过壳体与已置于壳体内的阀板连接，在所述阀板中间位置设置有连接件，连接件下端与定位轴连接，连接件上端通过销轴与绞接头下端活动连接，绞接头上端与气缸连接，定位轴通过壳体内底部通风口上的支架与壳体连接。
将连接件上端设置成U形状。
所述绞接头下端面与连接件上端U形状内的底面留有规定间距。
在所述阀板下方的壳体通风口周边设置有与阀板对应的密封条。
在所述支架上设置有便于定位轴穿过的定位导套。
采用这种结构后，由于在所述阀板中间位置设置有连接件，连接件下端与定位轴连接，连接件上端通过销轴与绞接头下端活动连接，绞接头上端与气缸连接，定位轴通过壳体内底部通风口上的支架与壳体连接。从而达到能将离线分室的口有效闭合的目的。

具体实施方式附图1、附图2所示本实用新型布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，包括气缸1、壳体2和阀板3，气缸1设置在壳体2上，气缸1穿过壳体2与已置于壳体2内的阀板3连接，在所述阀板3中间位置设置有连接件8，连接件8下端与定位轴6连接，连接件8上端通过销轴与绞接头7下端活动连接，绞接头7上端与气缸1连接，定位轴6通过壳体2内底部通风口上的支架与壳体2连接；将连接件8上端设置成U形状；所述绞接头7下端面与连接件8上端U形状内的底面留有规定间距，确保阀板3在开、关状态下不会翻转和跑位；在所述阀板3下方的壳体2通风口周边设置有与阀板3对应的密封条4；在所述支架上设置有便于定位轴6穿过的定位导套5。

1.一种布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，包括气缸、壳体和阀板，气缸设置在壳体上，气缸穿过壳体与已置于壳体内的阀板连接，其特征在于：在所述阀板（3）中间位置设置有连接件（8），连接件（8）下端与定位轴（6）连接，连接件（8）上端通过销轴与绞接头（7）下端活动连接，绞接头（7）上端与气缸（1）连接，定位轴（6）通过壳体（2）内底部通风口上的支架与壳体（2）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，其特征在于：将连接件（8）上端设置成U形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，其特征在于：所述绞接头（7）下端面与连接件（8）上端U形状内的底面留有规定间距。
4.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器离线分室清灰提升装置，其特征在于：在所述阀板（3）下方的壳体（2）通风口周边设置有与阀板（3）对应的密封条（4）。
