技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器具，更具体的说，涉及一种外科临床最常施行的无菌留置导尿管。
背景技术
导尿管的种类多，导尿术的目的在于，直接从膀胱导出不受污染的尿标本，作细菌培养，测量膀胱容量、压力及检查残余尿量，鉴别尿闭及尿潴留，以助诊断，为尿潴留病员放出尿液，以减轻痛苦，盆腔内器官手术前，为病员导尿，以排空膀胱，避免手术中误伤，昏迷、尿失禁或会阴部有损伤时，保留导尿管以保持局部干燥，清洁。某些泌尿系统疾病手术后，为促使膀胱功能的恢复及切口的愈合，常需做留置导尿术，抢救休克或垂危病员，正确记录尿量、比重，以观察肾功能。问题在于，导尿管无刻度标识，无法观察增加或减少的脱管及未下到位置，造成尿道损伤的风险。给患者带来较大的痛苦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足，提供一种用于带有刻度标识导尿的改进医疗器具。
一种带有刻度标识导尿管，包括外接气囊导管、留尿无菌引流袋，其特征在于，设有留置导尿管，外接气囊导管、留尿无菌引流袋的主管和膀胱冲洗分管，经封堵，进留置导尿管，膀胱冲洗分管有接口，留置导尿管的外表面有刻度标识，留置导尿管的末端装有外接气囊导管、留尿无菌引流袋；外接气囊导管上有内部气囊，内部气囊导管前端上有通孔，该通孔与尿液入留尿无菌引流袋；外接气囊导管上设有外部气囊。
本实用新型的优点：适于各种下尿路梗阻所致尿潴留，危重病人抢救，膀胱疾病诊断与治疗，进行尿道或膀胱造影，留取未受污染的尿标本做细菌培养，产科手术前的常规导尿，膀胱内药物灌注或膀胱冲洗，探查尿道有无狭窄，了解少尿或无尿原因。
本实用新型有刻度标识，外有监测气囊装置，可观察增加或减少的脱管及未下到位置，造成尿道损伤的风险。
本实用新型便于护士操作，本实用新型受到医护人员和患者的欢迎，满意度很高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做出进一步的详细描述。
本实用新型使用前，患者仰卧，两腿屈膝外展，臀下垫油布或中单。患者先用肥皂液清洗外阴；男患者翻开包皮清洗。
如图1所示，本实用新型设有留置导尿管2，外接气囊导管5、留尿无菌引流袋6的主管和膀胱冲洗分管1，经封堵8，进留置导尿管2，膀胱冲洗分管1有接口，留置导尿管2的外表面有刻度标识4，留置导尿管2的末端插入膀胱内，留置导尿管2的末端装有外接气囊导管5、留尿无菌引流袋6。外接气囊导管5上有内部气囊3和外部气囊9，通过注射器可使内部气囊3和外部气囊9同时鼓起，内部气囊3前端上有通孔，该通孔与外接气囊导管5不相通，该通孔与尿液入留尿无菌引流袋6相通，实现导尿的目的。具体操作有．以2%红汞或0.1%新洁尔灭或0.1%洗必泰溶液由内向外环形消毒尿道口及外阴部。尔後外阴部盖无菌洞巾，男性则用消毒巾裹住阴茎，露出尿道口。
术者戴无菌手套站于患者右侧，以左手拇、示二指挟持阴茎，女性则分开小阴唇露出尿道口，右手将涂有无菌润滑油之导尿管慢慢插入尿道，导尿管外端用止血钳夹闭，将其开口置于消毒弯盘中。男性约进入15—20cm，女性约入6—8cm，松开止血钳，尿液即可流出。需作细菌培养者，留取中段尿于无菌试管中送检。
术後将导尿管夹闭後再徐徐拔出，以免管内尿液流出污染衣物。如需留置导尿时，则以胶布固定尿管，以防脱出，外端以止血钳夹闭，口以无菌纱布包好，以防尿液逸出和污染；或接上留尿无菌塑料袋，挂于床侧。本实用新型为一次性无菌留置导尿管，所用材料有软、硬塑料和乳胶管。

1.一种带有刻度标识导尿管，包括外接气囊导管（5）、留尿无菌引流袋（6），其特征在于，设有留置导尿管（2），外接气囊导管5上有内部气囊（3）和外部气囊（9）；留尿无菌引流袋（6）的主管和膀胱冲洗分管（1），经封堵（8），进留置导尿管（2），留置导尿管（2）的外表面有刻度标识（4）。
