本实用新型的目的是提供柴油发电机组远程监控控制箱，包括壳体，以及与壳体匹配的外罩，其特征在于：所述壳体的内部设置有UPS电源、外部接入组件以及控制装置，所述外部接入组件和控制装置经保护器接入UPS电源，控制装置设置在单开槽封内，并设置有外接接线柱，控制装置设置在UPS电源的左侧，UPS电源设置在壳体内右上方，在控制装置和UPS电源下部设置有外部接入组件，外部接入组件上设置有外耳，外耳通过螺钉将外部接入组件固定在壳体内，外部接入组件上设置有插口组件。本技术方案的有益效果为：通过机组的通信功能实现机组的远程监控，该控制箱通过RS485或者RS232接口接机组控制器与触摸屏进行连接，实现触摸屏与控制器在物理线路上的连接。

背景技术
目前大部分柴油发电机组采用机头柜控制的方式，然而对于一些常用机组，机组在运行时候，要求有技术人员现场监控机组，而对于柴油发电机组，运行时候，噪音比较大，同时，部分隧道，矿山，等施工现场，不适合人员长期守护在机组旁边。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供柴油发电机组远程监控控制箱，包括壳体，以及与壳体匹配的外罩，其特征在于：所述壳体的内部设置有UPS电源、外部接入组件以及控制装置，所述外部接入组件和控制装置经保护器接入UPS电源，控制装置设置在单开槽封内，并设置有外接接线柱，控制装置设置在UPS电源的左侧，UPS电源设置在壳体内右上方，在控制装置和UPS电源下部设置有外部接入组件，外部接入组件上设置有外耳，外耳通过螺钉将外部接入组件固定在壳体内，外部接入组件上设置有插口组件。
所述壳体上设置数个有外接通道。
本技术方案的的有益效果为：通过机组的通信功能实现机组的远程监控，该控制箱通过RS485或者RS232接口接机组控制器与触摸屏进行连接，实现触摸屏与控制器在物理线路上的连接。

参照图1，柴油发电机组远程监控控制箱，包括壳体1，以及与壳体1匹配的外罩2，所述壳体1的内部设置有UPS电源3、外部接入组件4以及控制装置8，所述外部接入组件4和控制装置8经保护器10接入UPS电源3，控制装置8设置在单开槽封11内，并设置有外接接线柱7，控制装置8设置在UPS电源3的左侧，UPS电源3设置在壳体1内右上方，在控制装置8和UPS电源3下部设置有外部接入组件4，外部接入组件4上设置有外耳9，外耳9通过螺钉将外部接入组件4固定在壳体1内，外部接入组件4上设置有插口组件5。
所述壳体1上设置数个有外接通道6。
为了保证市电与发电在切换时候监控系统能够正常工作，配备UPS电源控制箱，在市电停电，而发电机组尚未正常运行的几十秒钟內，UPS电源3输出220V交流电供给开关电源，经过开关电源转换为24V直流电供监控系统使用，对于后背式UPS电源，可保证在无交流220V电源情况下系统正常工作1h时间。
控制装置8主要来切换UPS电源3外接开关，市电正常时，由市电供电，市电故障停电后，由UPS电源3进行市电与发电切换间隙的短时供给，当发电机机组启动正常运行时，则自动切换到发电供电，同时UPS电源3退出供电，当市电正常后，柴油发电机组停机，而市电尚未供应时，UPS电源3再次投入使用，市电合闸供电后，UPS电源3退出，由市电供电，系统的供电切换完全由控制装置内设置的罗辑电路自动完成，不需要人为操作，UPS电源3解决了市电与发电相互转化过程中该系统的工作供电。

1.柴油发电机组远程监控控制箱，包括壳体，以及与壳体匹配的外罩，其特征在于：所述壳体的内部设置有UPS电源、外部接入组件以及控制装置，所述外部接入组件和控制装置经保护器接入UPS电源，控制装置设置在单开槽封内，并设置有外接接线柱，控制装置设置在UPS电源的左侧，UPS电源设置在壳体内右上方，在控制装置和UPS电源下部设置有外部接入组件，外部接入组件上设置有外耳，外耳通过螺钉将外部接入组件固定在壳体内，外部接入组件上设置有插口组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组远程监控控制箱，其特征在于：所述壳体上设置数个有外接通道。
