绳10的内部10a包含纱线100。纱线100可以是任何合适的纱线,并且沿着绳的长度方向延伸。优选地,纱线100不被编织或者彼此交织(在很大程度上),并且每个纱线沿着绳10的长度延伸。优选地,纱线100是连续的复丝纱线。在一个实施例中,绳10的内部10a含有约15-40个之间的复丝纱线100的端部。纱线的每个端部优选地具有至少约200个丝,更优选地每端部具有在约300和600个之间的丝。在一个实施例中,所有纱线100的总的丹尼尔值在约5,000和60,000之间,更优选在约10,000和40,000之间。
用于纱线100的一些合适的材料包括:聚酰胺(polyamide)、芳族聚酰胺(aramid)(包括间位和对位形式)、人造丝(rayon)、PVA(聚乙烯醇)、聚酯(polyester)、聚烯烃(polyolefin)、乙烯聚合物(polyvinyl)、尼龙(包括尼龙6、尼龙6,6和尼龙4,6)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、棉、钢、碳、玻璃纤维、钢、聚丙烯酸物(polyacrylic)、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)、二亚甲基对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PCT)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、用聚乙二醇(PEG)改良的PET、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(polytrimethyleneterephthalate)、尼龙(包括尼龙6和尼龙6,6);再生纤维素(例如人造丝或者天丝(Tencel));例如氨纶纤维(spandex)的弹性材料;例如聚芳纶(polyaramids)的高性能纤维;和例如棉、亚麻、苎麻和大麻的聚酰亚胺天然纤维(polyimidesnaturalfibers);例如丝、羊毛和其它兽毛(例如安哥拉山羊、羊驼和小羊驼)的蛋白质材料、纤维增强聚合物、热固性聚合物、其混合物及其掺和物。
优选地,纱线100是复丝纱线,并且具有至少约1000lbs、更优选至少约1200lbs、更优选至少约2500lbs、更优选至少约3000lbs的抗拉强度。使纱线100具有高的抗拉强度辅助给予绳用于支撑高负载缆线拉伸的强度。在一个优选的实施例中,纱线100是连续的复丝聚酯纱线,其在它们的抗拉强度和成本方面是较佳的。
返回参照图1,护套部覆盖内部(优选地在长度方向上沿着绳10的长度完全地覆盖内部10a)并且含有多个编织纱线的绳10的护套部10b形成了绳10的外表面。在一个实施例中,护套部10b沿着绳10的长度(也称为加工方向或者经向)含有在第一方向上的多个纱线200和至少一个纱线300,该纱线300与纱线200交织并且沿着纱线的法线方向(也称为圆周方向、填充方向、纬向和交叉加工方向)。
在一个优选的实施例中,护套部10b包含沿着绳10的长度在第一方向上的多个单丝纱线200和与单丝纱线200交织并且沿着单丝纱线200法线方向的至少一个复丝纱线300。纱线200和300可以是任何合适的构造和材料,例如用于在内部10a中的纱线100所公开的那些。优选地,纱线200具有至少约100lbs、更优选至少约500lbs、更优选至少约1200lbs、更优选至少约3000lbs的抗拉强度。
优选地,绳10的外表面的大部分由优选为单丝的纱线200形成。在一个实施例中,绳10的外表面的至少约50%、更优选至少约75%、更优选至少约90%、更优选至少约95%是单丝纱线200。
优选地,纱线200(优选为单丝纱线200)由具有低的摩擦系数的单丝形成。可以这样实现:例如由低系数材料(例如聚乙烯)形成纱线200,或者通过用低摩擦系数材料(例如氟化涂层(例如PTFE))涂覆纱线200实现。单丝纱线具有低摩擦系数,允许绳10在管内更加容易地滑动,并且允许使用较低的拉力来将绳10放置进管内。在一个实施例中,纱线200比纱线300具有更低的摩擦系数。
在一个实施例中,用于绳10的动态或者滑动摩擦系数是约0.04到约0.16,以及约0.06到约0.14中间范围,和约0.08到约0.13的较窄范围。
在一个实施例中,纱线300包括在圆周方向上的一个连续复丝纱线,其与纱线200交织并且沿着绳10的长度连续循环盘绕。使纱线300是连续的,这是优选的,因为这产生了无接缝护套,其降低了绳10的摩擦系数。纱线300具有保持单丝纱线200在适当位置以形成绳10的护套部10b的目的。优选地,纱线300具有至少约400lbs,更优选至少约1200lbs,更优选至少约2500lbs,更优选至少约3000lbs的抗拉强度。
护套部10b的编织纱线200、300可以是任何合适的纺织结构,包括:例如平纹的、缎纹的、斜纹的、罗纹的、席纹的织物、府绸、提花织物和绉绸纺织织物。在一个实施例中,纱线200、300是斜纹编织构造。在另一实施例中,纱线200、300优选是罗纹编织构造。斜纹或者罗纹织物是优选的,因为它允许在表面上的更多经向(纵向)方向的纱线,减少摩擦并且理论上降低COF。

Claims (10)
1.一种编织绳,具有长度方向、圆周方向和外表面,其中所述编织绳包括:
内部,包括沿着所述编织绳的所述长度方向上的多个复丝纤维;和
护套部,其中所述护套部覆盖所述内部,其中所述护套部包括在所述编织绳的所述长度方向上的多个单丝纤维和与在所述护套部的所述长度方向上的所述单丝纤维交织的在所述圆周方向上的至少一个复丝纤维,其中所述单丝纤维形成所述编织绳的大部分外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述内部的所述复丝纤维包括聚酯或者芳族聚酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述内部的所述复丝纤维具有至少约1,000lbs的韧性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述护套部的所述复丝纤维包括聚酯或者聚丙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述护套部的所述复丝纤维具有至少约3,000lbs的韧性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述护套部的所述单丝纤维包括聚乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,在所述护套部中的所述单丝纤维的摩擦系数比在所述内部中的所述复丝纤维和在所述护套部中的所述复丝纤维低。
8.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,在所述护套部中的所述单丝纤维和复丝纤维以斜纹编织构造、罗纹编织构造或者平纹编织构造被编织。
9.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述编织绳具有圆形或者椭圆形的横截面形状。
10.根据权利要求1所述的编织绳,其特征在于,所述护套部包括在所述圆周方向上的一个连续的复丝纤维。
