Abstract

本实用新型涉及一款LED投光灯,适用于单体建筑照明,大楼内光外透照明,绿化景观、广告牌、医疗文化等专门设施照明,酒吧,舞厅等娱乐场所气氛照明。本实用新型采用ADC12压铸铝灯壳,内含电源仓和LED透镜仓;LED焊接在PCB板上,并加透镜支架及透镜,底部注以密封胶,将PCB板及线路挡住,美观的同时也起到了密闭隔离电源的作用。高透光率的钢化玻璃边缘套以硅胶密封圈,由面盖及灯壳将密封圈压紧固定,从而使LED得以良好的保护;底部电源输出端与PCB板连接,输入端通过防水接头与外部相连,而电源处于密闭的保护环境。

本实用新型属于照明领域,涉及一款LED投光灯,适用于建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、公园和花坛等。
背景技术
投光灯既可以单个安装使用,也可以多灯组合起来集中安装在20m以上的杆子上,构成高杆照明装置。这种装置除了造型美观、可集中维护保养、减少灯杆和占地面积等特点外,最大的优点是照明功能强。光从高处投射下来时,环境的空间亮度高,光覆盖面大,给人一种类似白昼的感觉,因此有较高的照明质量和视觉效果。
为了减轻灯具重量,减少金属材料的耗用,灯具外壳正在向耐高温、高机械强度、抗老化等方向发展。
发明内容
为满足发展的需求,本实用新型涉及一款小型LED投光灯。该LED投光灯的灯壳采用ADC12压铸铝型材压铸成型,配以与灯壳相同材质的面盖及高透光率的钢化玻璃及密封硅胶圈组装成型。
本实用新型为实现上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:

具体实施方式
整体实施效果如图1所示,其实现方式如下:
如下图2所示:首先将LED8焊接在PCB板7上;电源15输出端与PCB板7正负极焊接,并放入灯壳5内,电源输入端由防水接头4锁紧;焊接完LED8的PCB板7由某瞬干胶粘接在灯壳5内,并将PCB板7与下面的电源仓之间的缝隙用玻璃胶密封,同时LED8安装透镜支架9和透镜10,完成后将玻璃硅胶圈11套住透明钢化玻璃12,并安装在灯壳5的上面,用面盖13压住,并用螺钉14锁紧;底座1与支架3由螺钉2连接,并通过螺钉6与整灯连接。
