与本实用新型最接近的现有技术是发明名称为“旋风装手卷”专利(专利号：201020174350.7)，该手卷的结构为，长卷底衬上鳞次黏贴书页，其中每相邻两页书页呈叠状排列，其中一页的无字空白端黏贴在另一页下面的长卷底衬上，且靠近另一页被黏贴的无字空白端，使各页黏贴端依次排列在长卷底衬上，书页自由端的鳞口上设有索引文字或图画。虽然该技术方案能够增大手卷容量，并方便检索，但仍存在使用不便之处，如制作工艺繁琐，耗费工时，不能利用带胶底衬等辅助新材料；仅有卷轴，不方便捆扎，及长卷底衬上未单独设置有扉页、牌记等说明页。

如图1、图2所示，长卷底衬上鳞次黏贴书页1，其中每相邻两页书页呈叠状排列，书页自由端的鳞口上设有索引文字或图画，此为现有技术。长卷底衬的右侧接卷轴2，左侧接卷杆3，卷杆上设有系带4；首页11、尾页13全部黏贴在长卷底衬上，首页11的右侧还设有扉页12，尾页13的左侧还设有牌记页14，扉页12、牌记页14均全部黏贴在长卷底衬上。呈叠状排列的书页中，书页之间上下两侧通过胶条固定。实施时，书页可从左向右排列，也可从右向左排列。制造时，将书页叠状排列好后，可先将书页之间上下两侧通过胶条固定，再整体一次性与长卷底衬黏贴，更加方便制造。
