技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种顶喷花洒。
背景技术
顶喷花洒相较于传统的手持式花洒具有出水量大,出水面积大的特点。并且,随着人们生活水平的提高,单一功能的花洒已经无法满足人们的需求。因此,顶喷花洒在花洒水的基础上,增加了按摩水的功能,用户通过手动切换,可以在花洒水和按摩水中自由选择。但是,传统的顶喷花洒不具有关水复位的功能,即当使用者使用了按摩出水模式,淋浴结束后,花洒始终处于按摩出水模式。下一个淋浴者淋浴时也为按摩出水模式,如果这个淋浴者是小孩时,则因为身高原因无法操作顶喷花洒进行出水模式的切换,只能使用按摩水进行淋浴,无疑很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种顶喷花洒,具有花洒水和按摩水两种出水模式,并且在淋浴结束后能自动切换为花洒水的出水模式。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,包括:一花洒本体以及设置在花洒本体内的水路切换阀;
所述花洒本体设有一进水通道和沿着进水通道方向同心圆设置的第一出水孔及第二出水孔;所述进水通道和第一出水孔及第二出水孔形成第一出水通道和第二出水通道;
所述水路切换阀包括:一滑动地装接在阀体内的阀芯轴体,所述阀芯轴体在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动,并密封第一出水通道或第二出水通道;
一密封件,所述阀芯轴体在第一位置时,所述密封件密封第二出水通道;所述阀芯轴体在第二位置时,所述密封件密封第一出水通道;
一弹性件,顶抵在阀芯轴体的一端和阀体内壁之间;当所述阀芯轴体位于第二位置时,所述弹性件被压缩;
还包括一转动装接在所述阀体内的凸轮,所述凸轮的一端为W形且具有相互连接的二倾斜面,所述二倾斜面左右布置,所述阀芯轴体传动连接在二倾斜面的连接处,所述凸轮的另一端转动连接在阀体内。

在一较佳实施例中:所述按钮具有一卡块,所述花洒本体内设有与所述卡块配合的凸块;当所述按钮位于初始位置时,所述卡块和凸块顶抵限位。
在一较佳实施例中:所述按钮的末端设有一复位弹簧。
在一较佳实施例中:当所述阀芯轴体位于第二位置时,所述弹性件的回弹力小于阀芯轴体受到的工作水压力;当水源关闭时,所述阀芯轴体在弹性件回弹力的作用下回到第一位置。
在一较佳实施例中:所述密封件为两个,当所述阀芯轴体在第一位置时,第二密封件密封第二出水通道;所述阀芯轴体在第二位置时,第一密封件密封第一出水通道。
在一较佳实施例中:所述密封件为一个,其随着阀芯轴体的左右滑动密封第一出水通道或第二出水通道。
在一较佳实施例中所述阀芯轴体22在密封件外侧还设有Y形密封圈,所述Y形密封圈始终与水路切换阀的阀体内壁贴合;当所述阀芯轴体处于第一位置或第二位置时,Y形密封圈所受到的水流压力与弹性件的弹力之和略小于所述密封件所受到的水流压力。
在一较佳实施例中:所述第一出水通道的出水为花洒水,第二出水通道的出水为按摩水。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
1.打开水源时,通过按压按钮带动阀芯轴体滑动进而带动密封件密封第一出水通道且在水压作用下保持密封状态,关闭水源时,在弹性件的作用下使得密封件复位并密封在第二出水通道而达到自动复位的效果。该顶喷花洒只需一个按钮便能达到自动复位的效果,结构简单,使用方便,设计新颖,成本低。
2.通过摆杆和凸轮的传动来带动阀芯轴体的滑动,切换方便,切换效果好。
3.凸轮具有相互连接的二倾斜面,阀芯轴体传动连接在二倾斜面的连接处,摆杆的末端与二倾斜面的配合使凸轮转动从而带动阀芯轴体上下滑动,设计新颖,结构紧凑,外观小巧。
4.阀芯轴体的两端分别设有Y形密封圈,所述Y形密封圈始终与水路切换阀的阀体内壁贴合。使得阀芯轴体的滑动更加顺滑,操作手感比较好。

参考图1-4,一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,包括:一花洒本体1以及设置在花洒本体1内的水路切换阀2;
所述花洒本体1设有一进水通道和沿着进水通道方向同心圆设置的第一出水11孔及第二出水孔12;所述进水通道和第一出水孔11及第二出水孔12形成第一出水通道13和第二出水通道14;
所述水路切换阀2包括:一滑动地装接在阀体21内的阀芯轴体22,所述阀芯轴体22在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动,并密封第一出水通道13或第二出水通道14;
一密封件23,所述阀芯轴体22在第一位置时,所述密封件23密封第二出水通道14;所述阀芯轴体22在第二位置时,所述密封件23密封第一出水通道13;
一弹性件24,顶抵在阀芯轴体22的一端和阀体21内壁之间;当所述阀芯轴体22位于第二位置时,所述弹性件24被压缩;

所述第一出水通道13的出水为花洒水,第二出水通道14的出水为按摩水。
打开水源时,按钮15处于初始位置时,阀芯轴体22位于第一位置,第一出水通道13打开,第二出水通道14被密封,此时出水为花洒水。若用户需要使用按摩水,则按压按钮15,通过摆杆16与凸轮25的顶抵配合而带动凸轮25传动阀芯轴体22滑动。从而使得阀芯轴体22切换至第二位置,出水状态切换为按摩水。并且,由于所述阀芯轴体位22于第二位置时,所述弹性件24的回弹力小于阀芯轴体22受到的工作水压力。因此阀芯轴体被固定于第二位置,因此能保证出水状态的稳定。同理,在顶喷花洒处于按摩出水状态时,按压按钮15也可以切换至花洒水。
关闭水源时,水压消失,阀芯轴体22在弹性件24的作用下复位重新密封第二出水通道14,使得顶喷花洒自动复位为花洒水的出水状态。该顶喷花洒只需一个按钮便能达到自动复位的效果,结构简单,使用方便,设计新颖,成本低。
由于密封件23在通水一侧和封水一侧都受到了水流的压力,而Y形密封圈221只在通水一侧受到了水流的压力,因此通过选择合适的弹性件24,可以使得密封件23处所受的水压力稍微大于Y形密封圈221处所受的水压力和弹性件24的弹力之和。用户只需轻轻按压按钮就可使阀芯轴22体进行移动,省力的同时,操作手感也更好。
本实施例还具有以下设计:所述按钮15具有一卡块151,所述花洒本体1内设有与所述卡块151配合的凸块17;当所述按钮15位于初始位置时,所述卡块151和凸块17顶抵限位,使得按钮15可以准确复位至初始位置,并且不会从花洒面盖中脱离。
所述按钮15的末端设有一复位弹簧152。因此,按压按钮15后,按钮在复位弹簧152的作用下能够实现自动复位。
所述密封件23为两个,当所述阀芯轴体22在第一位置时,第二密封件232密封第二出水通道14;所述阀芯轴体22在第二位置时,第一密封件231密封第一出水通道13。
所述阀芯轴体22的两端分别设有Y形密封圈221,所述Y形密封圈221始终与水路切换阀的阀体内壁贴合。使得阀芯轴体的滑动更加顺滑,操作手感比较好。
实施例2
参考图5-6,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:所述密封件23为一个,其随着阀芯轴体22的左右滑动密封第一出水通道13或第二出水通道14。其余部分与实施例1相同,不再赘述。

还包括一转动装接在所述阀体内的凸轮,所述凸轮的一端为W形且具有相互连接的二倾斜面,所述二倾斜面左右布置,所述阀芯轴体传动连接在二倾斜面的连接处,所述凸轮的另一端转动连接在阀体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述花洒本体的出水面盖上设有一按钮,所述按钮的一端传动连接一摆杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述摆杆的末端面向所述二倾斜面且随所述按钮的前后活动能分别靠接并顶抵二倾斜面使所述凸轮的另一端转动从而带动阀芯轴体左右滑动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述按钮具有一卡块,所述花洒本体内设有与所述卡块配合的凸块;当所述按钮位于初始位置时,所述卡块和凸块顶抵限位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述按钮的末端设有一复位弹簧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:当所述阀芯轴体位于第二位置时,所述弹性件的回弹力小于阀芯轴体受到的工作水压力;当水源关闭时,所述阀芯轴体在弹性件回弹力的作用下回到第一位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述密封件为两个,当所述阀芯轴体在第一位置时,第二密封件密封第二出水通道;所述阀芯轴体在第二位置时,第一密封件密封第一出水通道。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述密封件为一个,其随着阀芯轴体的左右滑动密封第一出水通道或第二出水通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述阀芯轴体22在密封件外侧还设有Y形密封圈,所述Y形密封圈始终与水路切换阀的阀体内壁贴合;当所述阀芯轴体处于第一位置或第二位置时,Y形密封圈所受到的水流压力与弹性件的弹力之和略小于所述密封件所受到的水流压力。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种关水复位的顶喷花洒,其特征在于:所述第一出水通道的出水为花洒水,第二出水通道的出水为按摩水。
