Abstract

本实用新型属于定传动比齿轮传动装置。是一种具有柔性齿的蜗轮同与之共轮的蜗杆构成的交错轴传动副。柔性齿蜗轮系具有柔性槽的蜗轮。柔性槽使齿根截面减小。与常规设计的蜗轮相比,在同样载荷作用下,轮齿可产生较大的弯曲变形。对于具有制造误差的蜗轮、蜗杆副来说,这样的柔性齿蜗轮可提高啮合传动中实际的重合度。从而提高了承载能力和传动精度。这种柔性齿蜗轮可用于环面蜗杆传动和圆柱蜗杆传动。

Description

本设计属于定传动比齿轮传动装置,特别是交错轴蜗轮蜗杆传动副。
现有技术中蜗杆传动副,例如圆柱蜗杆传动副或环面蜗杆传动副的蜗轮轮齿都具有较强的刚性,啮合中不易产生大的弯曲变形。因此轮齿间的载荷分配主要取决于制造误差和跑合程度。设计的重合度在实践中往往难以达到。尤其对于蜗轮齿数不能被蜗杆头数整除的场合,跑合基本上补救不了制造误差的影响,设计的重合度就更难达到,使齿间载荷分配相差甚多,影响承载能力的提高。同样,制造误差也影响了传动精度。
本设计的目的在于创造一种使蜗轮轮齿均匀受载,传动中的实际重合度更加接近设计重合度的蜗轮蜗杆传动副,以适应提高承载能力和传动精度的要求。
本设计的内容是在蜗轮轮齿根部有柔性槽,柔性槽端面截形是一陷入相邻两轮齿齿根,并使齿根截面积减小的曲线,在蜗轮的截面中,柔性槽截形曲线与相邻两齿廓截线相连接。
本设计的柔性槽使蜗轮齿根截面积减小,因此在相同载荷的作用下,轮齿比常规设计的轮齿产生更大的弯曲变形,即具有更大的柔性。由于齿根曲线比常规设计有更大的曲率半径,齿面实际重合度增加,轮齿间载荷分配较为均匀,使每个齿所承受的载荷下降。并且    常规设计的蜗轮齿根弯曲强度都有很大裕度,开有柔性槽的蜗轮不会带来断齿的危险。
本设计的实施例如附图所示。

给附图对本设计加以具体说明:
蜗轮的柔性槽截形曲线d陷入相邻两轮齿的齿根部,与相邻两齿廓截线a连接。柔性槽使轮齿根部截面积减小,在相同载荷下可产生比常规设计的轮齿更大的弯曲变形,即具有更大的柔性。本设计柔性齿蜗轮增加了传动中的实际重合度,因而使承载能力有大幅度提高,同时还产生较强的传动误差平均效应,在制造误差相同的条件下,提高了传动精度。
本设计柔性蜗轮可适用于圆柱蜗杆传动副和环面幅杆传动副。

Claims (3)

1、一种交错轴蜗轮蜗杆传动副,其特征在于蜗轮轮齿根部有柔性槽,柔性槽端面截形是一陷入相邻两轮齿齿根、并使齿根截面积减小的曲线,在蜗轮的端截面中,柔性槽截形曲线与相邻两齿廓截线相连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的传动副,其特征在于蜗杆传动副是环面蜗杆传动副。
3、按照权利要求1所述的传动副,其特征在于蜗杆传动副是圆柱蜗杆传动副。
