本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，具体涉及一种新型空气净化过滤器。
背景技术
空气净化装置逐渐成为日常生活所必需的设备，过滤器(也称为滤芯)是净化器的核心，过滤器的结构和材质直接影响净化器的效率。现有的过滤器结构和材质，如HEPA滤网型、活性炭填充型、活性炭纤维复合型等。
现有的净化空气过滤器如板式空气过滤器、复合型空气过滤器等一般包括过滤器框架和安装在过滤器框架内的芯材，过滤器框架使得内层芯材结构紧凑、不受污染等，为方便拆除更换空气过滤器，在过滤器框架和安装在过滤器框架内的芯材之间设置手提布，手提布是通过胶体与过滤器框架黏贴在一起，传统的手提布一般为条形，其与过滤器框架的黏贴面积较小，所以能承受的拉力很小，很容易造成脱胶脱落。
另外，现有的HEPA滤网型空气过滤器的HEPA滤纸一般先折成各种形状如“N”型或波浪形状，虽然已在模具中注塑成型，但受挤压容易变形。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种新型空气净化过滤器。
一种新型空气净化过滤器，包括T型提手布、外层纸边框、内层HEPA滤纸、蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布，T型提手布放置于外层纸边框和内层HEPA滤纸之间，T型提手布两边粘接在外层纸边框边缘上，T型提手布使得空气过滤器从空气净化装置取出时，快捷而且不伤害空气过滤器，延长空气过滤器使用寿命及形状完整；T型提手布与内层HEPA滤纸粘合在一起，大大提高内层HEPA滤纸密封性与稳定性；内层HEPA滤纸经过多次折叠呈现出大小高度均一致的“W”形状，在折叠后的内层HEPA滤纸上方布置一层蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布，有效阻挡外边空气中较小的污染物，并且在蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布与“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸垂直方向插入齿形热熔胶条，增加机械强度和耐压强度。
所述“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸折高Mw均为8～60mm，优选的所述折高为38.5mm，所述折间距Pw均为2～6mm。
所述外层纸边框为上下两端衔接一起的长方体。
本实用新型上下文中，手提布指一种黏贴在过滤器外层纸边框上用于方便滤器拆除更换的部件。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、由于空气过滤器安装在空气净化装置内部需要具有良好的密封性，因此在需要拆除更换过滤器时，过滤器与空气净化装置之间由于非常紧密而产生很大摩擦力，所以过滤器上的手提布则需要承受较大的拉力都不会脱落，本实用新型将原来的普遍的条形手提布改为T型手提布，以此来降低由于需要拆除更换过滤器时可能出现的手提布脱落的问题；由于T型手提布与外层纸边框的黏贴面积增大一倍，因此大大增加过滤器密封性，提高过滤器使用寿命；
2、本实用新型产品过滤面积大、压差低、强度高、刚性好。

参加图1，2，3：一种新型空气净化过滤器，包括T型提手布1、外层纸边框2、内层HEPA滤纸3、蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布4，T型提手布1放置于外层纸边框1和内层HEPA滤纸3之间，T型提手布1两边粘接在外层纸边框2边缘上，T型提手布1使得空气过滤器从空气净化装置取出时，快捷而且不伤害空气过滤器，延长空气过滤器使用寿命及形状完整；T型提手布1与内层HEPA滤纸3粘合在一起，大大提高内层HEPA滤纸3密封性与稳定性；内层HEPA滤纸3经过多次折叠呈现出大小高度均一致的“W”形状，在折叠后的内层HEPA滤纸3上方布置一层蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布4，有效阻挡外边空气中较小的污染物，并且在蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布4与“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸垂直方向插入齿形热熔胶条，增加机械强度和耐压强度。

1.一种新型空气净化过滤器，其特征在于：包括T型提手布、外层纸边框、内层HEPA滤纸、蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布，T型提手布放置于外层纸边框和内层HEPA滤纸之间，T型提手布两边粘接在外层纸边框边缘上，内层HEPA滤纸经过多次折叠呈现出大小高度均一致的“W”形状，在折叠后的内层HEPA滤纸上方布置一层蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布，并且在蓝色抗菌素空气过滤布与“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸垂直方向插入齿形热熔胶条。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型空气净化过滤器，其特征在于：所述“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸折高Mw均为8～60mm，折间距Pw均为2～6mm。
3.如权利要求2所述一种新型空气净化过滤器，其特征在于：所述“W”形状的内层HEPA滤纸折高Mw为38.5mm。
