Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带有响声的按键弹起结构,包括下座体及下压块,所述下压块套接于下座体上,下座体设有供下压块上下滑动的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽的内侧中部设有一发声弹片,下座体的其中一内侧设有第二滑槽,第二滑槽设有用于发声弹片在第二滑槽内上下滑动一段距离的空间,发声弹片具有装设于所述第二滑槽中的一主体部,主体部向内弯折延伸一连接部,所述连接部斜向下弯折延伸一抵接部,抵接部向外弯折延伸一边缘部,下压块对应所述发声弹片的一侧设有与抵接部抵压接触的抵持面,且抵持面中部往下凸设形成有一凸肋,所述第一滑槽内侧的上部设有凸台。本实用新型可以判断按键的开启与关闭的状态,并有明显的凹凸起伏手感。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及数码设备的按键结构,具体是指一种带有响声的按键弹起结构。
背景技术
按键开关是一种利用按键推动传动机构,使动触点与静触点按通或断开并实现电路换接的开关。按键开关也是是一种结构简单,应用十分广泛的主令电器。随着科技的发展,近年来根据使用目的与功能的不同,产生许多种类型的开关装置,例如光感应式、微动式、按键式、感温式开关等。虽然机械性开关于长时间使用会有弹性疲乏的缺点,但由于机械式开关具有提供准确的能量转换控制特性,所以现在仍被广泛地使用于各种简单的开关上。然而,目前的按键开关只能借由视觉效果来判断其开启与关闭的状态。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种带有响声的按键弹起结构,该按键弹起结构可以通过响声判断其开启与关闭,并且使按键过程有明显的凹凸起伏手感。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种带有响声的按键弹起结构,包括下座体及下压块,所述下压块套接于下座体上,所述下座体设有供下压块上下滑动的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽的内侧中部设有一发声弹片,所述下座体的其中一内侧设有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽设有用于发声弹片在第二滑槽内上下滑动一段距离的空间,所述发声弹片具有装设于所述第二滑槽中的一主体部,所述主体部向内弯折延伸一连接部,所述连接部斜向下弯折延伸一抵接部,所述抵接部向外弯折延伸一边缘部,所述下压块对应所述发声弹片的一侧设有与抵接部抵压接触的抵持面,且所述抵持面中部往下凸设形成有一凸肋,所述第一滑槽内侧的上部设有凸台。
具体的,所述下压块的顶端设有轴向延伸凸起的限位部,所述限位部周长大于下座体顶部的周长。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有以下优点及有益效果:
本实用新型通过在下座体内设置一发声弹片,在下压块在外力作用下向下滑动时,凸肋会挤压抵接部使连接部产生变形,当下压块划过连接部最高点时,连接部回弹产生一股往上的动力,使发声弹片产生往上的速度并与下座体的凸台产生撞击,形成响声,从而判断按键的开启与关闭的状态,并有明显的凹凸起伏手感。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
如图1、图2与图3所示,本实施例提供一种带有响声的按键弹起结构,包括下座体1及下压块2,所述下压块2套接于下座体1上,所述下座体1设有供下压块2上下滑动的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽的内侧中部设有一发声弹片3,所述下座体1的其中一内侧设有第二滑槽102,所述第二滑槽102设有用于发声弹片3在第二滑槽内102上下滑动一段距离的空间,所述发声弹片3具有装设于所述第二滑槽中的一主体部301,所述主体部301向内弯折延伸一连接部302,所述连接部302斜向下弯折延伸一抵接部303,所述抵接部303向外弯折延伸一边缘部304,所述下压块2对应所述发声弹片3的一侧设有与抵接部303抵压接触的抵持面201,且所述抵持面201中部往下凸设形成有一凸肋202,所述第一滑槽内侧的上部设有凸台101。通过在下座体内设置一发声弹片,在下压块在外力作用下向下滑动时,凸肋会挤压抵接部使连接部产生变形,当下压块划过连接部最高点时,连接部回弹产生一股往上的动力,使发声弹片产生往上的速度并与下座体的凸台产生撞击,形成响声,从而判断按键的开启与关闭的状态。
为了防止按压过程中用力过大对按键造成伤害或造成卡死,所述下压块2的顶端设有轴向延伸凸起的限位部203,所述限位部203周长大于下座体1顶部的周长。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种带有响声的按键弹起结构,包括下座体及下压块,所述下压块套接于下座体上,其特征在于:所述下座体设有供下压块上下滑动的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽的内侧中部设有一发声弹片,所述下座体的其中一内侧设有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽设有用于发声弹片在第二滑槽内上下滑动一段距离的空间,所述发声弹片具有装设于所述第二滑槽中的一主体部,所述主体部向内弯折延伸一连接部,所述连接部斜向下弯折延伸一抵接部,所述抵接部向外弯折延伸一边缘部,所述下压块对应所述发声弹片的一侧设有与抵接部抵压接触的抵持面,且所述抵持面中部往下凸设形成有一凸肋,所述第一滑槽内侧的上部设有凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有响声的按键弹起结构,其特征在于:所述下压块的顶端设有轴向延伸凸起的限位部,所述限位部周长大于下座体顶部的周长。
