技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适配鼠尾椎穿刺造模装置的鼠尾椎穿刺针。
背景技术
椎间盘退变是颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症等脊柱退行性疾病的主要原因,可引起颈肩、腰腿疼痛等症状,严重时需要手术治疗。椎间盘由髓核、纤维环以及软骨终板三部分组成。软骨终板构成椎间盘的上、下界,是髓核与外界交换营养和代谢产物的主要途径。此外,软骨终板对维持椎体的正常形态以及对椎间盘应力缓冲保护等方面起着重要作用。软骨终板的退变不仅直接影响髓核的营养供给,还会引起整个椎间盘的负荷传递不均匀,最终导致椎间盘破坏。
然而对于软骨终板退变的动物实验的研究以及分子机制的研究较少,其中一个重要的因素是软骨终板退变的动物模型难以建立,偶尔在进行椎间盘退变的动物模型实验中可见到退变的终板软骨,然而这种模型常为偶发,且多与椎间盘退变并发,受诸多因素的影响,因而研究价值不高。目前,以大鼠软骨终板的退变研究是较为理想的模型,不仅其椎间盘成分与人类类似,而且其成本低,便于照顾,同时大鼠尾椎的位置易于操作,目前常通过针刺尾椎间盘的方式诱导椎间盘退变。然而,此种方式诱导的椎间盘退变多包括髓核、纤维环及软骨终板三者的同时或相继退变,且容易造成椎间盘内部结构的破坏,对于研究某一椎间盘结构的退变,此种方式尚有不足。
对于软骨终板的退变,尤其是相应的Modic改变,目前认为其最初是由于软骨终板的微骨折,在持续的外力作用下,骨折处出现炎性细胞增生,局部渗出水肿,继而血管增生,肉芽形成,脂肪沉积,骨质形成等系列病理生理过程。因此,如何提供一种造模装置,能够较为简单、准确地破坏软骨终板而又不损伤椎间盘,从而形成大鼠尾椎间盘软骨终板退变模型,是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了简单、准确地破坏软骨终板而又不损伤椎间盘,因此我们设计了这种鼠尾椎穿刺针。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
1、本实用新型涉及一种鼠尾椎穿刺针,由针体、针座、限深套管构成,所述的针体、针座为一体结构,所述的限深套管与所述的针体呈螺纹连接。
2、所述的针体,由光面针体和螺纹针体组成,两者为一体结构。
3、所述的光面针体,其一端为针尖端,另一端与所述的螺纹针体相连接,两者为一体结构。
4、所述的螺纹针体,其一端与所述的光面针体相连接,两者呈一体结构,另一端固定于所述的针座上,两者呈一体结构,所述的螺纹针体其一侧的外表面分布有半螺纹结构,另一侧的外表面分布有刻度,所述的半螺纹结构走行范围占所述的螺纹针体外表面周长的一半。
5、所述的针座,整体为长方体结构,其一侧外表面的中央与所述的螺纹针体相连接,所述的针座与所述的螺纹针体呈一体结构。
6、所述的限深套管,由限深套管主体和紧固螺钉组成,两者呈螺纹连接,所述的限深套管主体其内表面分布有内螺纹结构,与所述的半螺纹结构呈螺纹连接,所述的限深套管主体其套管壁上有一紧固螺纹孔,与所述的紧固螺钉呈螺纹连接。

具体实施方式
取实验鼠一只,将其麻醉后,选取预加压的尾椎节段,将配套的鼠尾椎穿刺造模装置安放到鼠尾上,将穿刺针插入配套的鼠尾椎穿刺造模装置,然后术者一手把握针座4,使针尖1缓慢穿入鼠尾表皮且到达鼠尾椎骨表面,此时光面针体2位于配套器械的套管内,螺纹针体3位于配套器械的套管外,限深套管通过内螺纹结构10与半螺纹结构6的螺纹连接位于螺纹针体3上,通过C臂机确认穿刺入点,并在鼠尾X片上选取拟穿刺的目标点,计算出两点连线的长度及与鼠尾长轴的角度,重新调整配套的鼠尾椎穿刺造模装置的穿刺角度,使其达到预算的角度,同时读出穿刺针刻度5在配套的鼠尾椎穿刺造模装置上的数值,与预算的长度相加得到目标数值,然后转动限深套管主体7,使其到达目标数值,此时旋转紧固螺钉8,穿过紧固螺纹孔9后,限深套管主体7就固定在螺纹针体3上,然后将穿刺针缓慢刺入尾椎,直至限深长度为止。

1.一种鼠尾椎穿刺针,其特征是:由针体、针座、限深套管构成,所述的针体、针座为一体结构,所述的限深套管与所述的针体呈螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鼠尾椎穿刺针,其特征是:所述的针体,由光面针体和螺纹针体组成,两者为一体结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鼠尾椎穿刺针,其特征是:所述的光面针体,其一端为针尖端,另一端与所述的螺纹针体相连接,两者为一体结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的鼠尾椎穿刺针,其特征是:所述的螺纹针体,其一端与所述的光面针体相连接,两者呈一体结构,另一端固定于所述的针座上,两者呈一体结构,所述的螺纹针体其一侧的外表面分布有半螺纹结构,另一侧的外表面分布有刻度,所述的半螺纹结构走行范围占所述的螺纹针体外表面周长的一半。
5.根据权利要求1所述的鼠尾椎穿刺针,其特征是:所述的针座,整体为长方体结构,其一侧外表面的中央与所述的螺纹针体相连接,所述的针座与所述的螺纹针体呈一体结构。
