At least one in described first welt and described second welt defines a part for the described shape at least one monofilament region described; And
Tensile elements, its extend through in described first welt and described second welt at least one at least partially.
2. article of footwear according to claim 1, is characterized in that the width at least one monofilament region described is at least two lines.
3. article of footwear according to any one of claim 1 to 2, it is characterized in that described first welt comprises interior part and outer part, described interior part is connected along limit with described outer part, to form the described first non-FX of central authorities.
4. article of footwear according to claim 3, is characterized in that tensile elements described in described interior part and described outer part contact.
